    Berry cake with streusel
    Butter 82% - 200g
    Sugar - 200g
    Vanilla sugar - 8g
    Egg - 4pcs (230g)
    Flour - 200g
    Baking Powder - 6g
    Salt - 1 pinch
    Filling:
    Berries (frozen or fresh) - 250g
    Streusel (flour dusting):
    Butter - 80g
    Flour - 125g
    Sugar - 100g
    All ingredients must be at room temperature!
    In a bowl, combine the butter with sugar and vanilla sugar, beat with a mixer until a light, lush mass is formed. Continuing to beat, add one egg at a time.
    Add the baking powder and salt to the flour, sift into the resulting mixture, mix thoroughly with a silicone spatula until smooth.
    Transfer the resulting dough into a mold and smooth it out.
    Put berries on top of the dough (do not defrost frozen berries!).
    For the streusel, grind butter, flour and sugar. Next, sprinkle the cake with streusel.
    Bake in preheated to 180C, about 40 minutes.
