As a girl who struggles with her weight, it is truly disgusting that people are still fat shaming. Not everyone is overweight because they eat too much, some have a medical condition or need to take meds that make you gain weight, or you just have a slower metabolism and that is 100% ok. People tend to forget that people born underweight can’t gain weight and they sadly start telling them to eat more. It’s like telling a fat person to eat less. I’ve been told to eat less and I used to tell my best friend to eat more. I realised why that was so wrong and apologised. I see you and I hear you, you can do this. And she really isn’t super big. Her body weight is perfectly distributed. She’s gorgeous and super tall. Her hair color is so pretty as well. As a person whose struggles with weight going up and down and not having what I believe to be a good body. I admit I made a face the first time I saw her and then asked myself why. Realizing I only recoiled cuz of society saying it’s not acceptable to show any of your fat. But seeing her videos more and more makes me feel a lot better about not hiding anymore. I may not be into the same style as you, but I love that you wear anything you want cuz YOU like it. I hope I can get there eventually. I still wanna be thinner, but this helps motivate me through my journey to not be in my own head and hate myself the whole way.

Obviously we all need to eat healthy, nobody's denying that, but you can't simply "lose the weight" It takes time and effort. I have done multiple diets, exercises, and I have a personal trainer but have only dropped down a few pounds. The people who say it isn't hard are very mistaken. Some people also eat healthy, or barely eat, and still only gain weight. I've always been considered "overweight", when I was first told I was overweight, I was eating the same things as my brother who was severely underweight. Exact same food and exact same proportions, and he even ate more than me sometimes. That was when I was 10, and my brother was 12. It just shows that this isn't your fault. And losing weight is so much harder than skinny people think. Just like how "eating a burger" doesn't suddenly make you not be underweight anymore, "eating a salad" won't help you lose weight even if that's the only thing you eat for months. You're gonna be ok. Whether you lose weight or not, it doesn't matter. As long as you're happy and feel healthy it doesn't matter how much your weight is. (And yes you can be fat and healthy. BMI is shit and doesn't mean you're unhealthy at all.)
@@PheonixLove Salads are actually my favorite food lol. I also don't eat burgers 'cause I got food poisoning from them once. I'm basically a pescatarian, the only meat I eat is chicken breast. This proves further that the type of food you eat isn't the main reason for weight gain. I have had anxiety since the first grade, and my trainer says that that is the main cause of weight gain. Did you have anxiety or depression?
Please, you don't need a personal trainer at 12 years old, honey. Just try to live your life the way you want and enjoy yourself. The secret to not developing an eating disorder (which is what's dangerous to people, no matter their size) is to not hate yourself, I've realized. So try to not focus on losing the weight. Try to focus on just living your life. Do fun stuff. Eat fun stuff, but also move around. Don't do boring exercises, try doing fun stuff that you feel good doing. Talk to your doctor about your health if you're concerned, but don't lose weight because some idiot told you to.

So when I go into the doctor for when I've had my kids they ask a lot of personal questions about smoking, drinking, drugs things like that....they all say that the only "unhealthy" thing about me is my weight. I personally do want to be at a better weight so I can participate in more things with my children....but I've really come to appreciate and accept myself....even if it's not everyone's 100% healthy!!

As a person whose struggles with weight going up and down and not having what I believe to be a good body. I admit I made a face the first time I saw her and then asked myself why. Realizing I only recoiled cuz of society saying it’s not acceptable to show any of your fat.
But seeing her videos more and more makes me feel a lot better about not hiding anymore. I may not be into the same style as you, but I love that you wear anything you want cuz YOU like it. I hope I can get there eventually. I still wanna be thinner, but this helps motivate me through my journey to not be in my own head and hate myself the whole way.
I wish a lot more people actually questioned why they have such a bad reaction to fat people and bodies instead of thinking they’re justified in being assholes. I’m saying this bc I’m happy that you questioned that belief and reflected on that discomfort.

God bless you 🙏❤️😇 I'm 12 and a bit overweight, and it makes me so mad when people say "lose some weight" or if I say I get bullied they’re like "here’s an idea, loose the weight" I'M TRYING! Obviously we all need to eat healthy, nobody's denying that, but you can't simply "lose the weight" It takes time and effort. I have done multiple diets, exercises, and I have a personal trainer but have only dropped down a few pounds. The people who say it isn't hard are very mistaken.

Some people also eat healthy, or barely eat, and still only gain weight.
I've always been considered "overweight", when I was first told I was overweight, I was eating the same things as my brother who was severely underweight. Exact same food and exact same proportions, and he even ate more than me sometimes. That was when I was 10, and my brother was 12. It just shows that this isn't your fault.
And losing weight is so much harder than skinny people think. Just like how "eating a burger" doesn't suddenly make you not be underweight anymore, "eating a salad" won't help you lose weight even if that's the only thing you eat for months.
You're gonna be ok. Whether you lose weight or not, it doesn't matter. As long as you're happy and feel healthy it doesn't matter how much your weight is. (And yes you can be fat and healthy. BMI is shit and doesn't mean you're unhealthy at all.)

This proves further that the type of food you eat isn't the main reason for weight gain. I have had anxiety since the first grade, and my trainer says that that is the main cause of weight gain. Did you have anxiety or depression?

Please, you don't need a personal trainer at 12 years old, honey. Just try to live your life the way you want and enjoy yourself. The secret to not developing an eating disorder (which is what's dangerous to people, no matter their size) is to not hate yourself, I've realized. So try to not focus on losing the weight. Try to focus on just living your life. Do fun stuff. Eat fun stuff, but also move around. Don't do boring exercises, try doing fun stuff that you feel good doing. Talk to your doctor about your health if you're concerned, but don't lose weight because some idiot told you to.
U may drop a few pounds but weight loss takes years we say its easy cause any one able bodied can do it even people in wheel chairs do work outs

So when I go into the doctor for when I've had my kids they ask a lot of personal questions about smoking, drinking, drugs things like that....they all say that the only "unhealthy" thing about me is my weight. I personally do want to be at a better weight so I can participate in more things with my children....but I've really come to appreciate and accept myself....even if it's not everyone's 100% healthy!!
