a tip would also be where you hit the ball, you should hit 2 or 3 o'clock. You hit it sometimes 4 or 5 o'clock. wich makes it a hybrid of a vibora and bandeja, but that can also make the ball go alot in glass.
Ok, now I understand the difference in how to hit a vibora vs a bandeja! Thanks for the great breakdown! 💜 Now, if I can just execute it, that would be even better 😅
Very cool video, very informative! Its nice to see people that are still learning evolve because we can all learn. im not a advanced player but i think your front foot needs to twist sooner as you hit the ball, and not so delayed. Feels like its dragging your momentum that is generated from the shifting the weight from back foot to front foot and wasting energy. Notice how when your coach hits the ball his foot is already forward as his weigth has already shifted to that foot and its facing the direction of the strike and you are still sideways. Hope it helps.
another tip is when hitting the ball you should be able to stop in balance without adjusting your feet after the shot. sometimes your out of balance afterwards.
I was looking for in the comments if someone was mentioned that. Totally agree, great feedback. He needs to improve his stance position to produce a more efficient movement and transfer the power from his lower body through his core to the arms.
“Feel the time” this actually is the best advice. Good coaching
Good stuff. Great, clear adjustments.

finally a video with practical tips, really helpful. Keep it up!
I also change the grip for the bandeja, not so open as the vibora but I open a little and the feeling and effect is better in my case!
That's how you teach technique, wow! Nice video, congrats!

Open grip means to open (and rotate) the wirst or just rotate the racket?
Instead continental grip you have to rotate the grip!
