  • According to her detractors, Ruth Paine is a government agent who helped frame Lee Harvey Oswald as the assassin of the president. But to her defenders, she is simply an innocent bystander caught up in history. 'The Assassination and Mrs. Paine' juxtaposes Ruth’s first-hand account alongside the assassination researchers who suspect her and the defenders of the official story with whom she sides.

      - Oswald would show up unexpectedly at the Paine house Nov. 21, otherwise they can't pretend he smuggled the rifle Nov.22

      - a cop will be driving at 10th and Patton at exactly the right moment to plausibly place Oswald at the crime scene during the shooting
      - the imposter can be certain Oswald is still at liberty
      - the imposter can be certain Oswald has come to the general area
      - there is ANY logic in risking attacking a cop on a public street since Oswald is already being sought anyway and if anything goes wrong here they will just end up confirming a conspiracy exists
      - the cop won't simply outdraw and capture the imposter, blowing the whole plot
      - no other cop will capture the imposter
      - nobody will ever see the imposter again
      - nobody will ever see Oswald elsewhere during the shooting
      - Oswald will be unable to prove he was elsewhere during the shooting
      - Oswald will be seen trying to hide from passing police
      - Oswald will be seen ducking into the theater to dodge more police
      - Oswald will be caught red-handed trying to shoot a second cop
      - Oswald will fight so violently 3 officers will be injured just disarming him
      - Oswald will observe, "Well, they say it only takes a minute to die" after asking officers about the penalty for cop-killing
      - Oswald will lie to police, starting with about his whereabouts during the shooting
      - Oswald will refuse to cooperate with any investigators
      - Oswald will turn down help from the President of the Dallas Bar Association himself
      - Oswald will make no attempt to blow any conspiracy to anybody
      - Oswald will act so smug and placid he'll even convince his own brother he is guilty
      - Oswald will just shrug an unsurprised, hollow, rambling reply when asked point blank on live TV, "Did you shoot the President?"
      - the Dallas PD will be on board for the successful escape from justice of the "real killer" of a brother officer with a wife and 3 children
      - they can safely count on scores and scores of witnesses, police, FBI, Secret Service, military personnel, staffs at embassies in another country, Oswald family members, ballistics experts, photographers, doctors, x-ray technicians, journalists, whole commissions, lawyers, congressmen, senators, the D.A., the Chief Justice, etc., to all obey illegal orders to commit crimes and bend over backwards making themselves all eternally loyal accessories to murder and treason...

Michael Paine was overheard by employees at Bell Helicopter talking on the phone to Ruth Paine just after the assassination on November 22nd 1963. What they heard was so disturbing they reported it to the police and during the Warren Commission, Michael Paine was interrogated about this by Wesley Leibler. Employees heard Michael tell Ruth that " WE know that HE didn't do it !....WE BOTH know who DID do it ! " MIchael denied saying this to Leibler despite the witnesses who heard him say it....prompting them to call the police. Obviously, Michael meant that they both knew Oswald didn't do it...but, that they knew someone else did it. Michael's mother had a best friend who was a lover of fired CIA Chief Allen Dulles, and author David Talbot has proved that Allen Dulles traveled to Dallas in October 1963 from CIA records he obtained. Talbot also proved that Dulles was present in the secret CIA command post known as " The Farm" in Williamsburg, Virginia as the bullets were tearing through JFK's body in Dallas. Dulles remained there that entire weekend, even though he had no business being there, because JFK had FIRED him as CIA Director in 1961 !!!

You'd have to argue that by some bizarre coincidence, the motorcade route was changed just days prior to the assassination to coincidently go right by where your alleged lone nut assassin just happens to already work at, and certainly, Lee himself couldn't have had the motorcade route changed to suit him. Meanwhile, Johnson is meeting with fired/disgraced Dulles just a few days before the assassination, & who does he later put on the Warren Commission, none other than Dulles. Here in Canada, I've never ever met a single Canadian who supports the lone gunman conclusion-nobody...& I'm 60!

Immediately before I found this video, I was thinking to myself: is it purely a coincidence that the person who helped Oswald get the job at the TSBD was the person who was in possession of Oswald's rifle in the days leading up to the assassination?
The motorcade route was not published until five weeks later, so Oswald could hardly have arranged to get a job on the motorcade route deliberately, but anyone who knew of plans to have the motorcade pass the TSBD could have arranged for Oswald to get a job there in order to set him up as the alleged assassin.
There is no evidence that Oswald's rifle was ever in the TSBD.
The one found there was identified as a Mauser, a different make from Oswald's.
Only one person ever saw Oswald taking a package into the building - and he has always insisted that it could not have contained a rifle.
If the rifle was not in the TSBD - and the only film taken of it was outside the building - then how did it come into the hands of the Dallas Police.
There is only one way - via Ruth Paine, who just happened to find Oswald a job in the TSBD.
Marina Oswald testified that she believed that Ruth Paine was connected with the CIA.
Ruth Paine's sister, Sylvia Hoke, was an employee of the CIA, and her brother in law, John Hoke, applied to work for the CIA.
He worked for USAID, as did Ruth's father.
USAID is a cover for CIA personnel.
Ruth's mother in law was a friend of Mary Bancroft, who was a lover of CIA director Alan Dulles and also a spy.
    www.jfkpaine.com/research/paine-family-connections-to-the-cia/
Everywhere one looks, it seems, associates of Ruth Paine have CIA connections and she got Oswald a job which helped set him up as a patsy and only she had the means to make Oswald's rifle disappear from the place where it was being stored.

@@dirtypure2023 I believe two shots were fatal - or rather, would alone have been fatal if the other shot had not hit - one from the grassy knoll and another from behind, constituting the double shot.
The shot from inside the car thesis is not credible.
Kennedy had so many enemies that there could not be a single motive, but whoever was a party to the conspiracy needed to know that Kennedy's successor would protect them from prosecution.
Johnson's actions following the assassination suggest that his public face was pure hypocrisy - including his behaviour when being sworn in as President. His own mistress implied that he had foreknowledge of the assassination.
Who stood to gain from the assassination?
      Certainly not Oswald!
Johnson gained the promotion he coveted, and which he could never have achieved by any other means.
Hoover was granted an extension of tenure, whereas Kennedy intended to allow it to expire.
The mafia gained a new lease of life, with not only JFK gone, but their most dangerous adversary, the attorney-general removed from office.
The military and oilers gained - because the new president's first two acts were to revoke Kennedy's directives to start a withdrawal from Vietnam and end tax privileges of oil companies.
The CIA could breathe a sigh of relief, because Kennedy's boast that he would smash it into a thousand pieces ended when his brain was smashed into a thousand pieces.
Nevertheless, the conspiracy could not have succeeded without the participation of the Secret Service:

Notice how every proponent of the official ‘lone nut’ line ascribes motivations, thoughts and feelings to Oswald. That should be a red flag to any honest and rational person interested in the case.
Most of them, such as Posner, never met him. On what are the opinions they project onto Oswald based? Not what he said and not on what he wrote. So they simply invent them. Unless they were capable of telepathy whilst he was alive or have contacted Oswald via a medium. That is, by definition, dishonest and such an approach is both cynical and insulting.

Okay, then, how about we instead ascribe the actual EVIDENCE???
      Oswald owned the rifle.

Oswald lied to police about his whereabouts during the assassination.
Oswald's latent print was on the rifle.
Oswald had every bullet and fragment ever found matched to his rifle.
Oswald was a perfectly plausible match to the shooter seen in the window.
No unidentified persons were ever found in the building.
Witnesses directly under that window firmly said the shots all came from directly overhead.
Oswald was the only employee inside the building during the shooting to immediately flee the crime scene.
Oswald took evasive action to sneak back to his room.
Oswald was ID'd by nearly a dozen witnesses as shooting Officer Tippit and fleeing the crime scene.
Shells were matched to the revolver Oswald owned and was in possession of.
Oswald was plainly seen trying to hide in the store front from passing police.
Oswald was plainly seen ducking into the theater to dodge more passing police.
Oswald was caught red-handed trying to shoot a second officer.
Oswald fought so violently 3 officers were injured just disarming him.
Alternately, proponents of the "Oswald was not a lone nut" line never seem to get around to ascribing motivations, thoughts and feelings to Oswald regarding his following actions:
      - refusing to cooperate with any investigator
      - refusing help from the President of the Dallas Bar Association
      - being interested only in a lawyer he'd never met living in another state who specialized in left wing causes

      a) He saw Oswald flee the plaza in a Rambler station wagon.
Flatly contradicted by other witnesses and evidence demonstrating Oswald's true escape route, by bus (where he was recognized by his ex-landlady) and by cab (whose driver ID'd her). Oswald sill had the bus transfer on him when arrested.
      b) Oswald told him in Captain Fritz's office the Rambler belonged to Mrs. Paine.
Flatly contradicted by every other officer present and by FBI and Dallas PD documents proving Mrs. Paine's car was a Chevrolet.

This was a great documentary and good for having some of the last interviews with researchers who helped to fill in the gaps. While I liked how many items and questions countering her BS were brought up, I personally would have asked her
How did a blak guy get to drive your Rambler to pick Oswald up right after the hit? Was the blak guy a Cuban?
How come you KNEW that it was not a Soviet plot - if you were just a regular civilian? Only governments would be tapped into the USSR, not citizens.
How come you just happened to have been able to speak Russian - as opposed to Mandarin or Italian? What would a mere civilian need with Russian during those times?
After all of these decades, do you think that the US is better off with or without a JFK finishing his term?
If you were involved in the plot - not then, but NOW, are you still happy with the results, or do you now regret it?
How did Lee benefit from the event? He never expressed any happiness about it.
    Was the Cold Wars real?
Did you know the Bush family?
It is still weird how so many involved it in passed, yet two central figures are still around. All Marina has to do is to detail all that she knew - especially how she came to leave her country with Lee going back to the US, and we will be set. Of course, she has been wishy washy, so we would need evidence. Marina leaving the USSR with Lee is what made many think of a USSR plot, but since it was not - WHO made her leave with him? Who is she? Many have provided some answers, but I would prefer to hear it from her.
The soviet diversion was used as cover to stop some from going too far into the WHO, and to persuade others into covering it up - for fear of a nuclear war - which they already had fears of in 1962! We know that the foreign mafias did not do it, since they don't even take out local politicians. We know that Castro did not do it - because he could not have. if 'rogue' CIA agents did it and the CIA covered it up - then the CIA did it.
One thing that government agents always suggest is - who was it? Was it the military, CIA, mafia, LBJ, George Bush, bankers? If so, then it was a very large conspiracy and someone would have talked. The answer is - ALL OF THE ABOVE! They were all needed in order to pull it of, cover it up and to control players and scenes. What could not be covered up - they lie about or suppress. When real witnesses see something other than the official story from the fake witnesses, they take them out if they cannot talk them into recanting their stories.
The sad part is, that in 2024, the players are STILL lying, which goes to show what they are about. Not only was JFK taken out, but so-called democracy was bypassed and puppet presidents were installed from that point on, which is why we have the most offbeat, silliest, incompetent 'presidential candidates' in the history of this country, and they are not even REAL Americans, but they do have ties to - the UK!

His daughter talked with him at length and found him to be deeply disturbed about certain matters, reporting that he had expressed a desire to kill himself. On March 29, de Mohrenschildt gave an interview to author Edward Jay Epstein, during which he claimed that in 1962, Dallas CIA operative J. Walton Moore and one of Moore's associates had handed him the address of Lee Harvey Oswald in nearby Fort Worth and then suggested that de Mohrenschildt might like to meet him. He suggested to Moore that he would appreciate some help from the U.S. Embassy in Haiti. "I would never have contacted Oswald in a million years if Moore had not sanctioned it", de Mohrenschildt said. "Too much was at stake."[52][67] On the same day as the Epstein interview, de Mohrenschildt received a business card from Gaeton Fonzi, an investigator for the House Select Committee on Assassinations, telling him that he would like to see him.[68] The HSCA considered him a "crucial witness".[69] That afternoon, de Mohrenschildt was found dead from a self-inflicted shotgun wound to the head in a house at which he was staying in Manalapan, Florida.[70] The coroner's verdict was suicide.[71"

For example, no one other than Wesley Frazier said they saw Oswald carrying 'curtain rods'. However, Frazier's mother was in that same kitchen that morning, she provided her sworn statement saying Oswald had NOTHING in his hands that morning.
The manager of the loading dock at TSBD building provided his statement saying he SAW OSWALD entering the building that morning, he also states Oswald carried NOTHING in his hands when he entered the door that morning.
So this so-called smuggling 'evidence' comes from no one other than Frazier's "mouth" No other human being on the planet saw Oswald carrying a rifle sized packaged, or 'smuggling' anything, inside or outside of the building. Not a single person inside the building corroborates this son? Puhleeeze....
As we know, Wesley Frazier was under a tremendous amount of pressure. A 21 year old kid at the time, he had been arrested earlier as the suspect in JFK's murder. He had been given two lie detector tests, which he failed, and an Enfield rifle had been retrieved from his home by the police.
Frazier had also taken a summer job prior to these events. Know what his job was? Selling "curtain rods". It's in the Warren testimony. You can't make this stuff up. LOL
And yes, the MOST crucial, albeit circumstantial, 'evidence' in this case came from Ruth Paines' mouth and supposedly 'letters' that days later just 'turn up'.
Paine leads police to her garage as they gasp in horror at ........ an empty blanket with no rifle in it. LOL
All those so called Oswald 'letters' come via Ruth Paine, magically turning up days later in cook books for example. Some typewritten, NONE of them signed or confirmed as Oswalds.
Tells us about the list of items Detective Rose listed as found in the Paine's home. What happened to the file cabinets, camera, and stag films he listed on his police sheet? Then, why was the camera 'removed' from his list, an action Detective Rose NEVER agreed with. Why do both Michael Paine and Oswald both even have 'spy cameras' ?
Tell us about the Paines beyond a doubt being CIA agents too son, you're always so silent on that. But the mountain of evidence that points to what they do is incontrovertible.
Why is Ruth Paine in Nicaragua in early 80's, and what happens to her there? (Hint, she is exposed as CIA and has to flee).
Tell us about Michael Paine taking Oswald to these "right wing" speeches he testified to, a few of which the speaker is none other than General Edwin Walker himself. How do you lone-nutters explain that? Whats Michael Paine doing?
Tell us about Michael Paines family 'heritage' while you're at it.
You're still stone silent on where the jacket that 'head of personnel' Captain Westbrook planted in the parking lot came from, and why it wasn't 'gray' like Oswalds. Why does this Captain Westbrook find himself in Vietnam three years later working for the CIA in Saigon?
You know crap about this case son.

Mental case Roger Craig claimed he saw Oswald flee the Plaza in a Rambler station wagon said to belong to Ruth Paine. But Paine did not own a Rambler.. Her 1955 Chevy Bel Air was parked in her driveway on Nov. 22, 1963 at the time of the assassination. The reality is, Oswald made his getaway by bus and then cab. He still had the unique punch-marked bus transfer in his pocket when he was arrested..😉

The problem is, everything that Craig said - is verified by film and pictures. When he asked Oswald about the car, oswald said that it belonged to Mrs. Paine. Craig even said that he was not totally sure of the exact make of the car, but took a guess because of the luggage rack. Paine just happened to have had the station wagon and Oswald confirmed it.
Craig was told to go down to Fritz's office where Oswald was being questioned to verify if Oswald was the man that he had seen. There is footage that shows Craig in Fritz's office while Oswald was there. So, what was INSANE about what Craig said since it is all verified - even the Mauser claim.

@@returnofthebrotha Virtually nothing Craig ever said was "verified." News photographer Tom Alyea stated that Craig came in the room only after the rifle was found and gave much false information to the press. Reading the testimonies of the others concerning the discovery of the sniper's nest and the rifle, no one mentions Craig being present. None of his claims were ever corroborated by anyone. Nobody else ever said “Mauser” was stamped on the barrel, or that the spent cartridges were neatly lined up in a row. The evidence is that Oswald left the building in about three minutes and boarded a bus. When he was arrested he was still in possession of the time-stamped transfer ticket the bus driver gave him. Oswald certainly never got into a Rambler station wagon as Craig claimed.

Warren Commission Counsel Joseph Ball asked Fritz if he remembered Craig being in his office "in the presence of Oswald and Fritz answered: "No, sir; I am sure he did not, I believe that man did come to my office in that little hallway, you know outside my office, and I believe I stepped outside the door and talked to him for a minute and I let someone else take an affidavit from him." ." Please be careful with accusations. In that world of intel operations, the person on the front lines has no idea of the larger mission . They are simply doing their patriotic duty and have no way of seeing anything more than anyone else. It is quite easy to apply 60 years of hindsight and judge her and it is also a terrible slander to do that.

    • @geoffreyjohnstone5465
      @geoffreyjohnstone5465 2 роки тому

"Pence"?? You mean Spence. It was not a reconstructed trial at all. There had never been a trial for a reconstruction to be based on.
It was a made for TV mock trial. In this "trial" not a single exhibit was there. There was no live defendant. There was no one to actually put him in the 6th floor window as Howard Brenan was already dead. Marina Oswald wasnt present. Not one of the pathologists was present. Spence was a very poor choice as defence council as he knew nothing about the case...why did they not pick Mark Lane who was asked by Oswalds mother to look after her dead sons interests and had interviewed many witnesses?
Further, many of the best witnesses were not even present as they had died or just were not present due to Spence's lack of knowledge about the case. Finally, the defence was withholding millions of pages of information that would not be released for almost another decade and some which continue to be hidden to this day. Thats withholding of evidence and would have resulted in a mistrial. I bet Spence didnt get to Jury select either.
For genuine evidence to be classed as evidence it must have a firm and unbroken chain of custody AND be identifiable by everyone within that chain.....In a real court of law, just how much of this "evidence" do you think would even be allowed?
Write a few things down and we can look them up.
