- In this episode, I am investigating the gold exploration and mining scene of Dawson City. I get to see how the locals run their gold operations up close and learn from them. Let's do some panning and see if there is any gold left!

That young man was really amazing with his skills and ability to work the whole place on his own. I wish him all the best!
How can 25 minutes pass by so fast? I was totally hooked in this episode, so much fun and some education as well. Drive safe and take care. Mike / Sweden
I laughed at Noraly’s gleeful laughter at finding gold and then again at her mosquito dance! Sorry for the mosquitoes but that was awesomely funny and unexpected.
Seriously, kudos to that whole crew, taking the time out of their day to teach us about their work! And that they're so knowledgeable about the local history and respectful of their environment... It's just fantastic!
I see you did actually find a Heart of Gold in the miner's stash! And a million mosquitoes down by the river. The family miners were a lot more open to talking to you than I might have expected.... great job with interviewing them and showing us their operation. Happy trails!
“Authentic” is the term that comes to mind to describe this slice of local life and history. Mining looks like hard work. Cancan show to end the day was a completely unexpected pivot, but it fits!
Of the many episodes , haven't seen Noraly get so excited panning for gold to find one speckle of gold ! Definitely a well deserved find while Noraly was getting eaten alive . We appreciate Noraly's sacrifice !
This young woman is amazing. She turns, what could have expected as a boring a visit to a gold mine, into a very interesting video. I would not be surprised if for future seasons, she gets more sponsors from the studios that film documentaries. I wish that Season 6 would never end. Noraly is authentic!! A natural!!! Her eloquent professional demeanor is extraordinary. She also doesn't embellish her videos unnecessarily in order to get more views (like other moto-bloggers on this platform do all the time).
One of the best Itchyboots downloads of this series. Loved it. Many modern journalists are more interested in hearing their own voices but Noraly allows real people to tell their fascinating stories. Outstanding. Beats the BBC any day. Xx
OMG, this is pure gold! Fantastic video Noraly ... I'm smiling broadly watching you in your complete element, knee deep panning for gold. What joy you bring to others whilst sharing your passions - who would have thought geology and rocks could be so entertaining! You're truly awesome, one of a kind, oozing childlike delight, enthusiasm and such joy! Thank you for a delightful oxytocin fix 3x a week!!! Your channel is pure gold ....
Huge respect to the young man working alone in the forest, and indeed to the family too. It takes a special mental fortitude to work hard day after day with only yourself as company.
The panning sequence was comic Gold ! The look her eyes when she found some while fighting off an onslaught of insects had me falling out of my chair laughing!
Once again a great video. I loved seeing a trained and experienced geologist get so excited about finding one small nugget of gold. I can't believe however that it took me until this week to realize the time frame for these episodes. I always thought that we were a week or two behind Noraly, that the episodes were basically edited week to week and posted. I was so concerned when she hit Canada in September that she would never make Alaska proper this year. I began to realize as she got into Canada that we were probably more than a month behind. Well I finally put the weather and sunsets together to realize that we are well over two months behind! I hope Noraly is sitting on a warm beach somewhere right now editing away, she deserves it!

The adventures itself is awe inspiring. Your excitement and enthusiasm is infectious. Your videos brings us joy and hope in this troublesome times Noraly.
My grandmother’s older brothers went to the Yukon in the late 1890’s I think as carpenters. One of them kept a diary that is fascinating to read. It’s now in the Glenbow Museum in Calgary, Alberta. This is one of the best videos especially the successful panning for gold!
Ms Noraly, this was surely a pure golden episode to watch. Thanks for another lesson on how life was back in the day for the gold miners and how it is done today. With special thanks to all the families who are mining for allowing you to film them.
Again, a very adventure day in the gold mining fields, and lucky you got rich by finding your own nugget. Thank you Noraly, enjoy your stay, and I am looking forward to your next adventure. :)
Look at that young man's flatbed truck, he's a welder, a grinder, fabricator, truck driver, excavator operator, machine operator and supervisor, at 20 years old AND BEEN DOING IT FOR 10 YEARS.
Another wonderful video. Reminds me of my trip to the Yukon a few years ago. Cant wait to go back again. So happy I found this channel
