A happy and healthy and prosperous new year to you and your family! This year was very informative on all the things and builds you did. I don’t drink, but I will have a cup of hot tea in your honor.
Thanks for your support!!! There’s nothing wrong with a good cup of Tea…. In fact while filming this Vlog (Lisa my colleague) was drinking Tea while reading the questions!
LOVE this video! So fun and informative. I vote for more Q and A with Ed in the hobbit house - while drinking of course! I'll substitute wine for the beer though. Congrats on passing 200k followers!
I got the bigger version of that fountain for last Christmas. I really would love it if they had some videos on how to set them up. There are not enough videos on what plant life and simple but great looking setups for those fountains.
I just got my AquaGarden Tabletop Fountain Kit and started this video. Stopped the video and got a few beers to follow along. My favorite part is watching you fill that fountain kit with beer. You rock ED!! As far as counting how many times you said each word during the video, I counted about 7 beers. I drank 3. Happy New Year to you and family!! Are you going to give away that slightly used Tabletop kit? I am certain the beer is some kind of primer for plants. Plants could benefit with some beer as a nutrient. Well, not floating in beer, but proportionally and dump the excess diluted beer into the home gardening to rid bugs, boost compost, greener grass. Yeah, all that science stuff!
Ed, I want to hang out in your super cool hobbit house & drink beer from the fountain, lol! Thanks for all the vlogs over the years, and cheers to you, Ellen, and all your family as you ring in the New Year! 🎉 PS, My wife and I are planning on taking a road trip from MN to Aquascape for your next Spring sale. Maybe we'll see you then.
Hi Ed! Love your content and the knowledge you provide. If I counted right, I heard the following: Bacteria - 12 Biomimicry - 4 Bioturbation - 2 Copepod - 3 Fractals - 1 Morphology - 0 Tardigrade - 4 Rotifer - 2 Plankton - 4 Wetland - 1 That totals 33. Am I a winner!?!?!? @BradLubken
So I counted about 20 different times @ED The Pond Professor said on bacteria, biomimicry, bioturbation, copepod, fractals, morphology, tardigrade, rotifer, plankton, wetland.
I cant include my handle my comment keeps disappearing 😭 - i did it twice different times and wouldnt work so I sent this exact list to your istagram. An thanks for the great content i watch and try to soak in all this in hopes to build my own pond one day. Bacteria: 12 Biomimicry: 2 Bioturbation: 1 Copepod: 2 Fractals: 1 Morphology: 0 Tardigrade: 3 Rotifer: 2 Plankton: 3 Wetland: 1
Happy New Year to you and your family. You talking about all this fun stuff Give me a thought of an idea for you for a thought experiment if you wanna call it that, How would you design a filtration system For a colony of humans living on Mars What creatures bacteria fungi et cetera would you bring up or use to clean and filter water and soil? And it'd be fun to see you build a small terrarium of those concepts if you if you wanted to You don't have to i'm just thinking be fun to hear what you have to think of to design something like this or what would you use in those systems i'm sure you of course you would use aqua blocks in your system there. ha ha! But seriously what do you think Humans should bring to Mars with them to clean the soil and clean the water instead of having to use chemicals and Electrical processes and stuff that uses up energy That we can ill afford to waste on Mars what natural systems and creatures would be most effective at clean the cleaning the water and soil and helping to create food either aquatic food or terrestrial foods? And if you want when you're done send the information to nasa. Anyway enjoy your beer your beer garden and you have yourself a good time. Bye bye.

Anyone who makes fun of tardigrades is no friend of mine.
