What are Histamine Liberators?

⚠️ Mast cells are often forgotten or overlooked. ⚠️ Yet they line all of our orifices ...lungs, digestive system, bladder and more.
Our mast cells are the things that store histamine and when triggered they release it.
We have foods that contain histamine, but did you know we also have foods that are known as histamine liberators which liberate the mast cells to release histamine in the body.
There can be a differing opinions on what is a histamine liberator and this can be because peoples mast cells respond differently.
