A super input acts more like a hyper, a hyper makes you do a huge diagonal jump, a downdash into a jump gives yo a nice height boost, a wallbounce gives you more height but less distance, and down dashing preserves your speed and direction to an extent. If you downdash in a corner, you get a huge speed and height boost, and many entities are changed. For example, doing a tech on a dream block will give you more speed/ height and give your dash back, and more. I recommend downloading this and playing it!
