A game improvement putter? The new Odyssey 11 offers some serious stability

- The Eleven putter is set to be Odyssey’s most forgiving putter to date.
The shaping of this putter is a huge part of the technology. This combined with the multi-material design moves the CG forward, which delivers the tight dispersion of a blade.
It also increases MOI which improves speed control, spin control, speed consistency and downrange dispersion.
The TPU sole insert is super light to improve sound and feel without adding weight to the putter head.
The crown design provides a blank canvas for various different alignment aids to help golfers aim better: plain, lined, or Triple Track.
So how does the new technology perform? Equipment Editor Hannah Holden got her hands on one to find out...

Just custom ordered one with the Tour Line, slant neck, 32.5 inches, D3 swing weight, 4 deg of loft and odyssey’s pistol grip. LAB DF 2.1 up for sale on eBay.!! Used a SamPutt lab and it confirmed I need a mallet style w 30 to 45 degrees of toe hang.
I rolled a trihot 5k double wide, this felt great but it only comes in a plumbers neck which doesn’t fit my eye. I thought I would like a Toulon , but after I rolled a Daytona the feel/sound was very hard and loud. No bueno for me. The white hot insert is the best feeling putter I’ve ever used and I’ve been playing nearly 30 years!
Looks a great putter. 4 years ago went for fitting and found out that no line was best for me as I kept correcting myself mid stroke. I don't like lines too much but I do play pix ball as I don't like solid lines when not on the green

To me it’s very like a Cobra stingray putter, which I use but only costs £199. Good review Hannah.
Hannah you don't necessarily have to use the triple track ball to pair it with the triple track sightline. There are hairclip style golf ball line markers that allow you to put the three lines on any ball of your choosing. You can take it a step further as well and use red and blue sharpies to custom mark the golf ball to mimic the triple track colors. Triple track isn't for me but just wanted to add this. BTW your content is amazing and extremely useful and helpful. Keep up the amazing work!

Great review, nice putter will probably sell well. I am still using an old Odyssey Sabertooth which is great for feel and alignment. Slightly concerned how the price of clubs in general has gone through the roof.
A wedge is going for almost 200 lately..😳 Definitely need to keep the old gear in good shape.

My daughter just tried the ch and db about 15 balls each. The ch balls were pulling to the left and db balls were straighter.

Just bought one centre shaft 35”
I'm using currently the Odyssey #7 Mallet with a 38" shaft so does this new putter come in the 38" shaft ?
I believe the longest is 37" but there may be longer options through custom

How much of a difference is the 11 over the Ten putter
Quite a big visual difference, this is alot cleaner on top. A bit bigger but nothing too drastic, also doesn't have as obvious wings so looks sleeker.

I think your game improvement profile is totally wrong as the eleven S is not "oversized when it compared to Scotty phantom / spider / and many other mallets so not sure that you have any validity to that claim but I can vouch for the amazing roll and stability that this eleven s with no sight line provides it's amazing g

The short slant neck gives me too much face rotation for my putter path
I got a Spider Ex on sale for $300, but it came with a bent hosel which makes the face sit WAY open at address, so I have to return it and re order… would you suggest re ordering the Spider or maybe going with this instead?
Both are good you just need a different hosel type if you want it to sit differently at address
