Bob Gates is absolutely right. Western governments and especially ours talk too much. What happened to the elements of surprise in a war? I was taken aback last year when western governments and Ukraine themselves continually talked about their offensive and were naïvely dismissive of the Russian’s preparations. I’m not sure why anyone thought that Putin would have folded like aluminum wrap and allowed Ukraine a walk in the park.

Discussing the two candidates without discussing the fact that one of the two already tried to overthrow the United States and continues to refuse to acknowledge that he lost the 2020 election is the peak of irresponsible 'journalism'.
Don't discuss the two candidates as if it is just a question of normal policy differences without discussing the fact that one of the two poses an existential threat to the nation, proven by his previous attempt to overthrow the nation.

Biden is staging an invasion in collusion with international organized crime, and turning Ukraine into the next Afghanistan, and his Attorney General has publicly outlined the plan to end election accountability. basically the current administration has overthrown our constitutional form of government. .meanwhile Blinken is snubbed by China as he "visits" to pronounce empty threats while Russia and China hold one of the most significant meetings in modern history including military, economic, industry and banking leaders as BRICS snowballs into a game changing global economic force. Mitch is right about one thing- the American people need to be educated. They might listen to government intelligence if there was something other than lies being presented. PS name a credible military analyst who thinks Ukraine has a snowballs chance in hell of winning that war!!!

No it’s not. Firstly, there’s not anyone watching this video who is unaware of what happened on January 6th. At this point it’s already baked into people’s opinions and we don’t need to hear yet another interview where the focus is on January 6th.
Secondly, she gave him an opportunity to speak freely about his support, or lack thereof, of Donald Trump and he politely declined to go there. As the interviewer, not the interviewee, nobody cares what she thinks, and her job is not to become the focus of the interview. I applaud her for not engaging in activist journalism. If everyone engaged in these types of neutral interviews maybe the public would still trust the media.

Yes, the message needs to be emphasized, but his actions -including the Inflation Reduction Act, the Chips Act, the Infrastructure Act and much more show rather than tell. Actions speak louder than words.

The CIA always prioritizes spending Americans money destabilizing countries and killing people in foreign countries rather than actually protecting Americans. They serve our corporate overlords, not the American people. Gates represents the bipartisan nature of enriching the military industrial complex, avoiding accountability for repeated failure and of course supporting forever wars. He clearly supports nuclear armageddon over a reduced American hegemony. Everyone loses world war 3.
