      Can you please tell me if this plant can be grown in Asia in cold climates and how much land is needed to feed half of the fodder needs of 100 sheep with it?
      and how much fertilizers for their growth for 100 sheep each week?

    1. Don't worry about frogs they are totally harmless, and they help control mosquitos.
    2. Please be careful with Azolla, it can be a disastrous invasive species if introduced into natural waterways (like water hyacinth). It is not native here in Africa so be extra cautious!

      If the frogs lay eggs, the tadpoles will eat the roots of the Azolla.

    Have you thought about pelletising the azolla? It would keep indefinitely after that.

      the depth of water needs to be around 15cm deep, top it up when the water level gets low.

      @@makokhanatembeya2805 these type of plants aren’t native to South Africa and have caused problems, when they got released into waterways. They have found some solutions, but it still isn’t right to use them.
