Hardly. There have been times in BF4 where the team I'm playing on would be losing horribly, and then people start making power plays and bring us back up to the top. There's still that factor of who's gonna win in BF4. I'm gonna guess you've been joining some pretty bad lobbies.
Maybe a bit of both. Maybe it's not you're not at your best sometimes, and some of those MCOMM stations are located in such bullshit areas. Other than that, the game still plays fairly.

Well I do play Rush mostly. I don't know if I have bad luck in matches or the maps aren't designed well for the gamemode...
