    Love the cat ❤ and love the game! I still can’t defeat the last boss but I’ll try to get the rune you are using and maybe I’ll have a chance.

    Yeah the turkey and other crafting bird heads are super rare. I think in my play (haven't gotten past crucible room 3 yet), which mostly is just open world stuff, I'm probably around 50-65 hours played, and I have maybe 2 of each of those? I'd say those crafting bits overall seem super rare. Siren parts I have a ton of, but everything else I mostly just have 1-3.
    I'm not a fan of the falling areas either, especially when you are new and in the open world areas and trying to reach a ladder or climbing branches. They REALLY need to increase visibility on those. It feels like a lot of time the devs are just trolling people with how tough they are to see and get to.
    I actually wouldn't be surprised if they add a cooldown timer to consumables. Being able to just drink a bunch of focus potions in a row to max out seems... not like what they were thinking with the core design.
    I love Fire throw, it's pretty much been my main for a looonnng time. However, Ice throw is really great too. Fire adds a small dot, but I think for me, especially with my new Strength/Dexterity build Ice is better because the most stacks the enemy gets they can get really slow or entirely freeze, allowing you a window to either reposition, or use food or potions with zero worry they will attack you. And that slow effect is really helpful on the harder hitting guys since it gives you a bigger survival window.

      Yes the ice is the most overpowered from the elements. I’m going to upload a tank build soon, if you are still struggling to get past the room 3 in crucible this build might help you overcome it. So keep an eyes out for it.

      @@LarryPuss I think it's partly that I tend to not just spam rune abilities. From the 'do this to clear the crucible in 5 minutes' videos they seem to all be build around 'infinite rune power' and they just spam those.
      Though I'm also only level 21 or 22, so that might be part too. A lot of those vids they are 30.

      @@LarryPuss Yup, it seems potions and food are really key for Crucible. Last night I took like 15 focus potions and got up to 75% before each round started. Made it to the end and got 1/2 way through phase 1 of the final boss without too much trouble.
      Gonna be a bit before I can do another run though because I also need to be sure I have enough food.

      Here's an interesting question for you to maybe theorycraft...
      Those teleporting witches are a HUGE pain for a melee character when they are on a different level. I decided to get a Gnarled Staff, 10 stat requirement, so zero investment needed there. I upgraded it as far as I could. I think I was like 3-4 shotting those witches without needing to chase them up to be on their level (for fire/ice throw.)
      So here is the question... what is the difference between a 10 stat required item, upgraded, and removing the level 21 item runes and putting those in the 10 stat item?
      I don't mean damage due to not having that 45 in whatever stat. I mean the weapon itself. You could even do it on a character that does have that 45 stat. Is the base overall damage of the 45 stat item higher? Does it somehow increase the rune effect beyond what the stat contribution is? Or, is a character with 10 stat, using a high level rune in a max upgraded weapon doing the same damage as the lv 21 weapon that rune was removed from?

    Have a question ? Is there a block attack build , not parry, just block with a very good shield and a very good one-handed weapon? Thanks in advance.

      You may want to search for 'reflect' builds. I think that's mostly where that comes in.

      I am working on this exact build now. A build that you can do with gear bought from the blacksmith, and it’s insanely good. I’ll have the video posted soon, so keep an eye out for it.

    Oh I use the same rune but different weapon and different setup. You can check my channel. I uploaded a video of me erasing echo knight in 7 seconds with 900+ damage per hit.
    First, two handed axe is not good for lightning assault rune because strength stat contribution to their damage is not high. You need to apply that rune to slow attacking weapons like claymore and weight decrease gem on weapon is a mistake, you want your weapon with as much high damage as possible. The best option to use weight reduction gem on is the chest armour because it is the haviest.
    Second, the ring that gives % bonus damage to rune attacks is not good enough because it only increases the percentage damage buff of rune. Instead, you'd better use damage dealt increase rings. They give more damage output.
    Third, you do not need much of a defence or health as long as you one shot most enemies. So, pump up strenght as much as possible. I know, there is no respec in the game now and it is tempting to distribute stat points at each level up but the best strategy is to wait and be conservative about commiting stat points until you get the gear you want. Alternatively, you can make a new character and pump it up with xp poitions you collect with your current character. Reaching max level is pretty easy.

    Hello - Do you know where calmness ring drops from?

    • @LarryPuss
      @LarryPuss  9 місяців тому +2

      I got like 8 of them and a few I got very early. So most of them I found by exploring the open world in large chests. I also got 2 of them as drops in the crucible dungeon from normal knights. And lastly, I also got one of them as daily challenges.

    where did you get the weight gem

    • @LarryPuss
      @LarryPuss  9 місяців тому +2

      Random drop anywhere in the game. But if you can beat the Crucible boss, as reward there are 5 chests, 4 of them have high chance for materials and gems, the big middle chest is more with gear and runes.
