How to make TOP Automatic Drinking Bowl - Easy and Fast (Step by step)

In this video I will show you step by step how to make this Top automatic drinker, using a PVC pipe without spending too much.
It is very easy to make, is very resistant and will definitely last for many years...
It is also suitable for dogs, cats and several other Pets.
You will need the following materials:
2 Cap 100mm (Buffer)
1 meter of 100mm PVC pipe
1 small tube of plastic adhesive (pipe glue)
1 water tank or water tank buoy.
2 Clamps for 100mm Tube.
To paint, I used 2 coats of water-based Synthetic Enamel paint in the color "Tobacco Brown".
Get to work:
Use a broom handle as a ruler, placing it on a table leaning against the pvc pipe. This way the center line will be exactly in the middle of the tube, end to end.
Then draw a straight line with a broom handle.
Now measure the length of the float and use this measurement to make a mark on the center line of the pipe, do this on the 2 ends of the PVC pipe.
(By doing this, the float will be hidden inside the tube.)
Now use a disposable pot lid, the lid should be flexible to hug the tube and make the curved cutout mark. The cap should be approximately 10cm in diameter.
Now draw 2 straight lines connecting the markings made with the lid.
Heat a knife and carefully cut the curved areas as the iron saw only works in straight lines.
After doing this, wrap a saw in a cloth, to have a firm grip. And cut the straight lines from the tube.
Remove the burr with sandpaper, it can be number 80, 100 or 120.
Adjust the position of the float with a pair of pliers, it must be in a straight line with the thread, in order to have space to work inside the tube.
Mark a Cap with the thread of the float to make the hole where it will be fitted. Now heat a knife and carefully make the cut in the plastic.
Apply enough glue to the Cap to make it easier to fit it into the tube and glue.
On the Perforated Cap, draw a straight line at the top of the hole so you can align it with the center mark on the tube.
Glue the Aligned Cap, with the hole facing up.
Cut out a rubber in the shape of a washer, it can be from an old air chamber, to secure the float and prevent leakage.
Fit the float and tighten securely. Before installing the drinking fountain, check that the float is not touching the top of the tube, because if it does, it will not close the water flow.
Now the drinking fountain is ready, use the clamps to fix it in the desired location.
To make it more beautiful, it can be painted. Any kind of paint can be used to paint it on the outside. On the inside, a synthetic enamel must be used, it can be water-based, after it is dry, there will be no more problems if it comes into contact with water.
