I recommend using brown sugar it’s better
Actually a good way to release the pudding from the ramekin is to flip it on the plate and spin for a couple of times. You dont really have to ise a knife cuz it may create rough edges. Great video tho. Love ya

no, i think custard powder is a replacement for egg but not a replacement for milk and heavy cream
