- This Red Ball TAS was authored by Starline, roblox8192, BirdBanana, NotVeryGood, and Koong.
This TAS is the result of the combined efforts of several Red Ball community members who spent hours upon hours shaving off every possible frame they could find, studying the game's most inner mechanics and breaking down red ball to a science.

The encoding hack used to string together all of these individual TASses was created by Sage.
A couple of things to note:
In levels 4 and 9, a strategy known as the death warp is used to activate the flag without having to actually touch it. Normally, a pause is used to delay the 1.5 respawn timer enough to allow the 2.8 second long level transition timer to activate first. However, since the TAS is unable to pause, (the pause in level 1 to activate spike glitch was done manually) the recording just plays out with the respawn event disabled after death.
The loading times between levels are quite long, and loading is longer in this hack because of the extra headroom needed by the TAS modifications. Even on the vanilla game, loading times are not consistent and depend on several factors such as flash player version, operating system, and computer hardware. Without loads, the time of the TAS comes out to 2:22.968.

after level 9 you need to pause and unpause for spike glitch meaning this is at least a 2:23.452/3:33.355 but to be fair you could also save 2 frames in level 1 with ground accel so...

@@ProPPlayer ? im saying that you have to pause after a death warp to reenable spike glitch since it only works with a sub second pause and the gap between the death counter and completion counter is 1.3 seconds so you have to pause for AT LEAST that amount after level 4 it doesnt really matter since there are no spikes you abuse in the next few levels meaning you can do it after collecting a flag but after 9 you immediatly need spike glitch in 10 so that wont work and thereby you have to pause again

There are no pauses after level 1 (to enable spike glitch in the first place)
Also, you don't need to re-enable spike glitch, spike glitch exists because of the tweener being put before game updates by the sub-second pause, and is only 'disabled' if another pause lasts more than 1 second

Almost all of it is identical to the previous tas in terms of mechanics, the only real new breakthrough is 9 deathwarp but that's the same as 4 deathwarp fundamentally.
