Pregnancy Cravings Pt 2 | Kimchi Quesadillas + Gourmet Mac & Cheese + Pancakes

- We're back with another pregnancy cravings episode. On today's menu we have Kimchi Quesadillas, Four Cheese Mac & Cheese and Chocolate Chip Pancakes. Enjoy!
FOUR CHEESE MAC & CHEESE
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 16 oz short cut pasta (cavatappi, elbow, rotini, etc)
- 4 Tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 Jalapeño
- 1/3 yellow onion
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 cups half and half
- 1 cup whole milk
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese,
- 1 cups cheddar cheese
- 1 cup provolone cheese
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- Parsley

KIMCHI QUESADILLAS
- 1/2 tin of stir fry Kimchi
- 1/2 stick Butter
- 1/3 Onion
- Poblano Pepper
- 2 x Tortillas
- Spring onion
- 2 tsp Southwest spice
- 1/2 cup Mozzarella
- 1/2 cup Cheddar
- 1/4 cup Sour Cream
- 2 x Radish
- Cilantro
- 1 x Roma Tomato
- 1 x Lime

CHOCOLATE CHIP PANCAKES
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp [](amzn.to/3o7WbZO)sugar
- pinch salt
- 3 large eggs
- ¼ cup unsweetened almond milk
- 3 tbsp chocolate chips
- Maple Syrup
- Banana

I feel I need to share this onion hack with Ben and all the other lovelies here because it’s changed my LIFE.
The onion fumes are attracted to water so when you chop, the closest source of water is your eyeballs. BUT if you put a damp paper towel right next to the onion while chopping it, the fumes will go straight to the water in the paper towel and spare your eyes! Seriously, TRY IT OUT!! 🥰
😳 I feel the need to cut an onion just to try this.
