It's true basic shirt drama plot but they used the children more effectively than the other dranas the kids did a great job very cute 😍

Because they are not identical triplets. Even identical twins can be of different height and built but facial features are identical.
too hard to find triplets who can act or want to act, like they would have to search the whole of China for years. Just use your imagination and go with flow. No budget low budget as well

They are good actors but by no means they are 5 years old .
so many cute and talented kids in these short dramas, stars of the future. better actors than a lot of adults even at this age. also some have very, very long lines and make them sound so natural when they speak rather than rehearsed and learnt like a parrot. also line with very complex topics like sex for the parents, medical technology, etc

The children are master manipulators -- they steal every scene they're in. I kind of like the idea of the ML falling for the children first. Not a bad drama overall. A little more grounded than the usual fare.

Very nice version of the plot. The children were hilarious, they gave so much comedy relief. The cast were all around good actors. I've seen the little girl in another drama where she was being bad, and I thought that kid is talented. I guess you gotta fit in a kidnapping and hospital stay for one of the leads at the end lol. Still it was entertaining and with a somewhat complete ending with a cliff hanger...on to the next!!!

Wow I’ve seen a remake of this script too many times! And this one’s only saving grace are the kids. No chemistry and boring. It never got better. ML is eye candy though 🥱

The triplets were awesome & superb 😘😘🤗🤗🤗. In my opinion, the drama went well due to the performance of these 3 cutie pies ✨✨✨. Both protagonist were complimentary to the acting of the 3 kids & this includes the ML's assistant 👍.
I had watched these type of versions before & in that the FL's adopted brother had a better playing role. Hope to see improvements in the script.

The idea of these three kids being five year old triplets is ridiculous due to the disparity in height of the tallest to the youngest as well as the five to seven year old head size of the younger children. Makes it hard to watch the drama

So annoying that as a doctor, she refused to treat him even after knowing her kids switched luggage intentionally and approached him first, even asking her scent is justifiable if she asked explanation instead of assuming he was a pervert. His suspicious reaction was also justifiable and she wasn't treated too harshly, just questioned.
So this doctor refuses to treat him for minor reasons knowing his case cannot be treated by others.
23 mins in, I'm not liking this lead much, but I do like that her identity as the miracle doctor is revealed very early.

Explain to me how the FL parents disowned her, threw out in the streets, took in and adopted a daughter who they treated like a princess yet she ran to save her wicked father and then acted as if he did not a thing to her. The man and his wife wouldn’t even acknowledge that her kids were his grandchildren. She was their only biological daughter too.

看過多部一樣的劇情 這部改編的細節都有演到跟注意到 演員都很會演（陸北辰演壞的演的不錯，除了那個綠茶跟女主的親生父母編劇沒改過還是那麼SB😂）目前其他神醫劇排第一😂😂
導演真的不肯動腦筋，用那麼大的孩子來演四丶五歲大的三胞胎，而且三個都不同年齡，其中一個肯定超過十歲，最低限度比其餘兩個大三歲，真的把觀衆當白癡來耍了。

The children are supposed to be triplets but they all look like they're different ages; which is really jarring, especially since the oldest one looks like he's at least ten; naturally, NONE of them speak or act like five year olds.
This story is a bit different in that the ML spends the WHOLE drama in wheelchair, and he is ACTUALLY disabled, not pretending. The leads also interact like they're dating, getting to know each other slowly, both of them oblivious to the fact they have three kids together, and just naturally get together at the end.
The show is very chaste, which is not to the drama's favor, as it would have felt less plain with spicier scenes. -__-
Aside: Why on earth would the FL accept or forgive her TRASH parents after their favored daughter destroys their family and basically tells them to f*ck off? They DESERVED that. She has no business associating with such base brutes. Btw, they never explained what that imposter was doing in her family to begin with? Why were they raising some nobody as their true daughter????
Aside II: Let's talk about the inconsistencies that annoyed me the most. Home girl comes out of an OR in her FULL A*S regular street clothes. No. Home boy gets out of his wheelchair for the first time in five years and somehow RUNS with the FL in his arms, not WALKS, or more likely CRAWLS, RUNS. No, again. And then this girl chose the weirdest outfit to go negotiate with her blackmailer in an abandoned underground parking lot: a sparkly pastel slit skirt and pumps? REALLY!????
