Reiki can be done from a distance, it's to relax and heal. It works for many of us.

No worries - it’s a distance healing session, the person who chooses to watch the video puts themselves into the session and then with the use of the distance symbol (also through quantum physics) the energy is exchanged. Some people just enjoy the video for the asmr aspect and feel relaxation, and it’s not everyone’s cup of tea. So if you don’t care for it, no worries and I hope you find something that resonates with you 😊
