Super fascinating to me. Got decent mic but these social media guys can edit even just a random meme and turn it into a full pledge song that sounds so pro...
@@daviderota3517 are you using a seperate audio interface? If so, remember to select its driver in the settings. if you dont and you are using a usb mic, try using the fl studio asio or give asio4all a shot
This kinda misrepresents what a noisegate can archive. Its fine that you added the noise afterwars, but why cut it out whenever the vocal is playing? this makes it seem like a noisegate completely removes backgroundnoise, even while the vocal is playing and going over the threshold.
There's a plugin in Ableton called "Gate" which functions exactly as the one here in the video. Though gates don't extract the noise out of a vocal recording- they just silence the noise if its below the threshold. This means there will still be noise when the vocal is being sung. If you want to remove the noise itself from the recording then look for a good denoiser plugin. Although not the best for complex situations, Ableton's Multiband Dynamics plugin has a preset called "Reduce Dynamics" which is an alternative.
"I was a fetus, worked for addidas" 😤💪
🤣🤣
Lmao!!!!!
I'm dying omg I didn't even catch that. This man worked for Adidas as a fetus that's legendary
bro😭😭
Yooo my dumbass been slicing and readjusting all my recordings for the longest time when there this obvious solution. Thanks g
same buddy
Just get waves NS1
Don’t get too comfortable with not slicing… that’s how you get very clean drum tracks 😮💨
I fart when I sing so this great.
Bro think he chief keef

Thank you with all my heart 🤜🤛
yeah, that's assuming you have a decent enough mic and good room acoustics and you know how close you should be to the mic

Thank you brother ❤❤❤❤❤

Been doing things for a while now. Vocals are always clean. Cool option to use.
💯🎯🔥
Thanks sir
How do these rappers not know what a noise gate is.... Mess around with 1 mixing preset and youll figure it out
Gating reverb! Never though of that :)
That's the 80s big drums and big guitar sound!
ya i would never use that a day in my life💀 so many other plugins that shit don’t even sound right
Is it possible to have a tutorial on how to reduce the microphone latency while recording the vocals?
I think you have to reduce the buffer size
@@ProudZombiemusic yeah i tried, but my CPU literally exploded, i have an average PC btw so i don t have high expectations

Do you listen to your own voice when recording... I used to but I just unplug it from the master and now I don't notice latency and just record
The best solution would be to buy an audio interface. PC will always have latency, I don't think there's a way around it.
I tried it it didnt work chops my vocals

I agree completely- it doesn't achieve what a denoiser does. Gates are just used to cut out any noise when singing isn't happening.
IS there an option on ableton?
