Let me help you read and (roughly) translate Do Eunho's Carbonara Pasta (Italian PLLIs pls forgive him):
1. Boil the water in a pot and add salt until the water is combined. Then add the pasta noodles (fettucine) and cook for 7-8 minutes.
2. In a bowl, and separate an egg using only the yolk. Add heaps of black pepper and parmesan cheese powder and mix well.
3. Cut bacon in thick slices and use olive oil in a stainless pan (? can't read lmao sorry)
4. When the noodles are cooked, stir-fry bacon and then add noodles altogether. Add one or two ladles of water.
4. Let the pan cool down a little. Then while it's still warm, pour in the sauce made in bowl and mix well ☆ (If the heat is too high, the eggs may cook, so be sure to cool the pan)
5. Lastly, add black pepper and parmesan cheese powder. You can add Grana Padano cheese as well if you have them and basil powder to finish! (There's still something he wrote but I can't see it again lmao)
