Hi Jasica, I would be greatful if I could get a hint in solving the following issue. I have the Candy GVS H9A2TCE, Grand'o Vita, 9 kg. I used it 3 times , and while functioning it makes a disturbing sound of banging, one bang per second, rythmically as the drum goes round. The sound is very similar to the hip-hop beat. I am afraid of using the dryer if I cant figure it out whats this sound. Could it mean a malfunctioning?
Or do these appliances have transit bolts as the washing machines, that we didnt notice at installing?
On the other hand, It dries perfectly and fast, 8 kg laundry in 1 hour and 20 minutes.
Hi! I think it's normal. Our Candy GVS H9A2TCE-S is brand new, and it is doing the "duble bass tam-tam" since the first minute of working :) That is why i started to watch the videos and comments of this machine.
I have the candy condensor dryer things are not dry after one cycle need to redo the time on display is not the length of time it is drying for
In the instructions it says that the drying time depends on the wetness of the clothes, but on some tehcnical descriptions it says that the time for one cycle of drying is 202 minutes. That is more than three hours and is too much. In your experience what is the usual drying time for 7kg of cotton straight out of the washing machine?
Dryers have a sensor to determine the level of humidity in your laundry, so when it reaches a certain degree of dryness the cycle ends automatically. The number of minutes is only a broad estimate, most of the time the cycles won’t last that long.
The dryer's door water container (easycase tank) is not durable. My GVC D813B, it's door tank cracked after 4 months of use. A lot of people have complained about this problem (you could see review at amazon marketplace). Really disappointed!

How it goes afte one year? I read about some condensation problem in the display and leaking down, then a lot of reviews speaking about the play/pause botton work just once on 10 time, and assistence just chenge the mother board but seems not to be effectively the resolutive

Hi, when you set up some drying program and it shows remaining time, many times the drying took shorter time that it shows at begining.
It does the reverse right left? And also use different temperatures in different cycles?
Hi. If you want to know if the drum is rotating right and left, then yes, drum is rotating both way during programs. About the temperatures I not sure, but there are 14 built-in programs and another 25 program you can use from App through NFC. Programs are various (from fine fabrics to against mites) so there is possibility that the dryer use different temperatures. The only mention i found is that program against mites use high temperatures
Also: which is the difference between the Candy CS4 H7A1DE-S and the Candy GVS4 H7A1TCEX-01 ? The look the same to me. Thanks
Yes, they look the same. Difference between them is that H7A1DE has white door and galvanized drum, and H7A1TCEX-01 has chromed door and stainless steel drum.
Thank you very much for all replies, all clear. Only doubt: I see the Candy GVS4 H7A1TCEX-01 has NSF, Near field communication, I think to start it with a phone. I dont think it really matters, i was wondering if you have any opinion. and it is 80 euros more than the one you reviewed.

I hace the same dryer and it stops randomly and i cannot turn it back kn for hours. Driving me crazy!
How is it
The most important question - what about the need of ironing? Cause I'm going to get my wife rid of this process and searching for the machine that will do such job well.
We didn't buy this dryer to get rid of ironing. We usually use Mix&Dry program and some clothes like t-shirt need ironing, but is easier.

If the load isn’t too full and the clothes have room to move, you won’t need to iron them afterwards. At least I never do.

We just have it for a month now we request to return it to Supplyer. Taking 6 hours to dry few cotton towels. I do not recommend it
Hi, we have it almost 2 years with no problems. Dry cotton towels takes about 2 hours.
I promise this dryer takes forever to dry clothes... i try every setting and wet clothes are certain to come out

Hi, you can try changing the drying selection to wardrobe or extra dry (button with shirt and sun), or maybe put less clothes. (translated with google: Ciao, puoi provare a cambiare la scelta di asciugatura in un guardaroba o extra asciutto (bottone con camicia e sole), o magari mettere meno vestiti )

Hi. Yes, all clothes are nicely dry :).
I am not expert on candy washers,
but as I know for this dryer can be use only CANDY STACKING KIT SLIM TD.
And this kit sits on CANDY washing machines with a minimum depth of 40 cm (SLIM washing machines)
Ok so I found a Candy washing machine of 44 cm of depth so I should good right even if it is 2.5 cm smaller right? Just in case, which samsung washer you have? It seems fitting perfectly the candy drier. Would you mind giving me the exact model? Do you like the Samsung? Thanks
44cm is more than 40cm so it should be ok :). As you can see the Kit is deeper that washer. I have Samsung WF60F4E0W2W/LE and it should be 45cm deep. I can measure the exact depths of the washer, kit and dryer. Samsung washer is ok and we like how it looks. We also needed washer that fits into 50cm deep space.

The Candy CS4 H7A1DE-S you reviewed is 46.5 cm deep and I was warried that by being the slim candy washer only 44 cm deep it would too big for it. but I guess it is fine, as fine is the Samsung right? So you screwed the Kit inside the Samsung, is it pretty safe? that kinda scares me. thanks
Yes it should be fine. I screwed the Kit onto the Washer, and than put dryer on them. Then I screwed Dryer with Kit together (at the back). Its pretty safe. The dryer stand on its place with no problem
