    We use to fish for them black fish with a long red plastic worm back in the 80s. Tom Man flip tail

      I grew up using the black fire tail worms. Its fun no matter which bait they hit tho aint it

    Did a lil fishing the other day but never caught a thing , but we still enjoyed the time by the lake , ill send you a pic , it was a beautiful place

      It takes going regularly and learning a little every time to be successful but if i dont catch a thing im right where i enjoy life the most and your right that is what its all about

      That is the first time ive popped that salt water line and it had a crack to it. Stout stuff

    Great to see that you used the lip grabbers that I sent to you for that specific purpose! I knew it would help you handle the Grennal you catch. Good to see that the fishing is coming back to your area. Your day may have not ended up with a lot of fish caught, but as they say, the worst day of hunting or fishing is better than the best day of working!!!! Be Safe, and God Bless!

    The Blind Eels have just run your perches slam off! I tried the braid when it first came out and we didn't gee haw too spiffy. It's good for a bream buster to be able to straighten out little wire hooks when you get hung up, but I like that Trilene XT or Big Game.... Ol Son, I bet that grinnel just WISHED he didn't wake up with a cravin for crawdads that mornin! You bout pulled his false teeth out!

      @@SpiritoftheOutdoors I couldn't catch those on anything up this way till I cut- up minnows! Then I killed them! Super hard fighting fish!!

      I had to jack the prices up to keep from having to make so many . Seems high to me too bud but now everything cost too much. That is exactly why i started making them

    I enjoyed your video I myself have never tried eating them or targeted them I have caught plenty of dogfish through the ice while trying for perch and crappie here in southern ontario

      Ig you keep it alive till you ready to clean it and cook right away its good . Water speeds up the breakdown of the meat as well so careful if you wet it. I wipe them clean with a paper towel

    Awesome brother, I told u to use some braid. When is the last time u hooked and caught a grennel first hookset with mono?

      That grennil was caught in mono. The braid is on the crappie pole. I been using mono since i could walk

      @@SpiritoftheOutdoors that must've been a good hookset. I've missed a ton of snakehead using mono in the past. It just has a lot of stretch

    Alright!!! Good times, if you ever pull that braid too much and it buries up under itself on the spool, repent for backsliding

      Haha me and it may not be cut out for each other. Ima give it a fair chance on the crappie poles . Doubt ill ever use it on my bait caster
