@@cleitonrocha81 yes i think so. I have two MIK Sheratons one with Classic 57s and one stock PUPs. Of course my guitars are older and they say the newer ones are better pickups. When i swapped my 88 Sheraton pups i had a luthier friend who happened to have handy some classic 57s off from a Les Paul and i also traded in my Sheraton pups so i got a very good deal and he installed them too. I can tell the difference in tone between the two. They were built in different factories but i think the tone differences relate to the different pups. The stock pups were not bad at all but Classic 57s seem better to me. There are options too for pups and i was thinking to go with Seymour Duncans on the other Sheraton but i have no rush to do it and the stock ones do not annoy me anyway. I would advise to swap if you intend to keep the guitar for a long time. If not the investment you make will only marginally increase the resale value. Some people swap the POTs and wiring too. All of these get you closer to a 335 and make a more enjoyable experience but you are still not a Gibson. It us worth the bthe tr
Got a 99’ dot several years back that I’m going to put the Gibson 57’s in before I gift it to my grandson.
This is a very good solution!👍
The Gibson 57's were designed by Tom Holmes and as you hear in this video are awesome.
I have the ES 335 Pro LTD in Iced Tea burst with Pearly Gates pickups. It is nice. I also like the Classic 57s and have them in a Sheraton.
Hi Bro!!! I have a Sheraton as well. Do you think it really worth to exchange the stock pickups to Gibson Classic 57? I was thinking about it. Thanks!

That’s sounds great. It sure sounds light years better then my stock dot lol
Very nice tone! :)
Thank you!!!

May I put Gibson 57 In Epiphone BB King Lusille.
What ton I get?
Thanks
Lucille is a more solid guitar, I think it will sound even better.
Nice 335 and great playing too.
Sounds great man! I love my Dot the only left for me to upgrade is pickups!
Yes, pickups change the sound for the better!🤘😁
Buy an EART 335
Have you changed the pickguard for a gibson? And the nut too, right? They look great!!
Yes, it looks more like the original es-335)😆
@@santerstaff So cool!!
Great pickups I was planning to put Duncan pickups on mine which are like a close cousin to the Gibson pickups (59's or like)
I played Seymour Duncan 59 with good pickups too, but I liked gibson 57 better, so I decided to install them.
@@santerstaff are the 57s astraight swap?
Did you change only the pickups or anything else at the eletric parts?(pots, Key Switch…)
Sounds awesome!!
Any reason why you installed the neck pickup backwards? Also your sunburst looks better than the one on my previous epi dot.
Sounds great.
I didn't pay attention to how the pickups were installed in my guitar workshop, but I liked it, it sounds good)
As much as they sound great, I really don't find a reason to change the stock alnico classics in my dot 👍
🤔 should it sound like that ? The big boy distortion makes it sound not too good, depends on what you are using to make that noise possibly.
I used a digital guitar combo fender champion 50 xl, I agree, it would sound better through a tube amp
Good playing dude
have you changed also the pick guard whit the gibson one!?
Yes, everything was changed in the guitar workshop
If i found the original it's compatible??? Please can answer
57 classic pick ups in both?
Sounds nice. I'm going to buy some for my Sheraton I think.
Sheraton is a good guitar, I think with 57 pickups it will sound very cool!
@@santerstaff were yours both 57 classics? As some use 1 plus 57 too
@@coco-te1op Yes, this is 57 classics pickups
Is it a worthy upgrade?? and how much does it cost?
the instrument sounded better, I like it! at a cost of $ 300 it cost
The EART 335 has “Gibson 57 classics” and they’re made in the same exact factory….I bought the guitar 2 months ago and am blown away by how good it is
