Nice surprise! A little tip on the Mango that I learned. Cut it up along the pit, then make a slight incision along the edge where the peel is. Next, take a drinking glass (glass, not plastic), line the incision up with the peel side on the outside of the glass, then push the mango onto the glass. It'll take the peel off and leave a nice piece of mango in the glass. Bonus is that it catches the juice too. Just Google "using a glass to peel a mango" to see what I mean.
