Hi 💖do you feel having more fruits instead of starch is better for weight loss? I feel so amazing on fruits thinking about having fruits with a salad for dinner instead of starch but not sure if fruits are ok before bed.. I get home from work at 10:00 pm and can’t go to sleep hungry 😅
As long as you don't have fruit after cooked food I would say it's the optimal to have before going to bed since it takes less then an hour to digest vs cooked food taking up to 6 hours. Personally, I would say whatever makes you enjoy your meals and feel grounded and relaxed is the best for weight loss. When I stopped trying so hard to be fully raw when in reality that wasn't what I truly wanted that's when the weight really started dropping off. It's so important to detach from concepts and follow our heart. I feel my best with 2-3 fully raw days per week and then the other ones I have starches for dinner.
