Having just heard this show's opening number for the first time I see the answer to the question about influences. No doubt the influence of Mayfield on this cat. I was living down there in '98 listening to WWOZ and WTUL and somehow missed this show. Pussy X, fundraiser. Could have been doin laundry at Check Point's. Before the storm. Damn.
