Don't give up brother, I see you struggling though. I can see it in your eyes. Just know you are better then you think you are. You got this man, don't you ever give up. Surround yourself with people who uplift you too and follow God as well so you can strengthen each other just like Proverbs 27:17. Says: 'As iron sharpens iron, so one person sharpens another.'

I'll be praying for you. I've been struggling with that too, I suggest every time you feel like you're about to give in, you get up and try to do something else, that helped me a lot personally. I know it's not easy, but I'm sure you can do it!

I have always wanted God to give me a purpose. I am 50 years old and I still don't know what my purpose is...
What's a good point to start? I have hdhd so it's kind of hard for me to read.. so I listen to an audio bible. I also live in a house where it is divided with a dash of verbal abuse so it is hard for me not to flare up & get unfocused.. I keep rereading hoping I'll find where I left off.. but I can't seem to hang on..

Sorrry to say I love ur vids but at the end I realized that you did the cross on your self most people don't know this but that's a upside down cross the up cross is where you touch ur forehead the end of ur stomach and then ur shoulders
Or (about the talking part) be still. If you can only say bad words the best thing to do is be still.
If you do the cross thing with your hand make sure your not just just going through the motions
