Basically you have inner wall and infill speed and you have outer wall print speed so you want to run the outer walls typically slower so you get better surface detail and you can run the inner walls and the info at a higher speed since nobody's going to see that you play with a little bit to see what the printer can handle and then you go from there but it's all trial and error but the main rule is slower on the outer layer faster on the inner layers and infill
I do a lot of content on TikTok as well if you want to come over there and interact I can make videos showing things for you www.tiktok.com/@3dpathfinder?_t=8lMOFTPcdnb&_r=1
Just got one of these for my 11 year old for Christmas. We have set it up and printed some of the preloaded items. He is in engineering and robotics in school What programs can you use on a Chromebook? He said the JG creat, Marlin, and Cura do not work on Chromebook. I am not familiar with anything to do with 3D printing.
I hate to say , unfortunately I'm not sure. With items like Cromebook that run I believe basically a Android operating system, I don't think it has the computing power. I'd recommend getting a entry level laptop running an actual windows os . Needs to have a decent cpu and graphics card to calculate the files. I'm sorry that I never even considered someone coming into 3d printing without an actual computer. I don't believe you'd need anything over just a couple hundred dollars. If you have a Micro Center near you, they have great deals all the time on pc's. I've also seen some on Amazon for like 300. Sorry if I wasn't much help but I'm glad to see getting started with 3d printing it can be fantastic paired with his engineering studies.
Something along these lines should be fine. Dont think of it as more expense , because a good laptop or desktop pc will serve him well with his school studies as well for engineering . a.co/d/iVioUAg
Hello i got one of those but i download 3D pictures and i put on to the memory card and when i put it on the printer i can’t found the file can you help me
You have to slice the model First in the Cura slicer software. 3d printers are not like paper printers. Photos have to be turned into what's called lithophanes and that is a separate kind of software. I would study more videos on the basics of 3d printing first. Not sure if that's what you were asking.
really a quiet printer.friendly for beginner at these features
I am loving mine. Wanting to know more about working the layers at different speeds and percent
