Hello po.. I totally agree with everything in this video.. Ako hirap sa interview palagi and how to sell myself to be accepted.. Yung trabaho wala naman pong problema mabilis po ako mag pick up sa training.. Been a healthcare credentialing specialist for almost 2 years at mag 5 years as techinical analyst at present.. Eto tlga ang challenging sa virtual world kase mas mahirap ang application process compares sa physical companies.. Pero I am still doing my homework and practicing para atleast maka pasa po hehe
I agree with what you said @ 5:10. Mahirap nga mag apply sa mga VA agencies plus yung mga ibang mga nakakapasa sa kanila sa screening nila pagdating sa actual na kliyente "nga nga" at di alam ang gagawin.

Hi mi, does OA base their judgement on interviews only? or do they give chance ? I'm not really good in interviews, that's my weakness, but when it's the actual job, I always do my best.
