A. Research the company (glassdoor, equivalent salary of onsite job, benefit of working online for that company)
B. Are you interested in the product or service the Company does.
C. Are you technically proficient for the required job.
D. Are you amenable to the work hours and holidays.

Sobrang gusto ko na mag resign sa work dahil sobrang toxic and ang panget ng management super delay pa ang sahod pero wala lang talaga akong lakas ng loob mag jump to freelancer dahil wala akong experience talagang zero knowledge and no confidence at all.
