Thanks for this. I wasn’t sure about some Urdu words.
One correction (I think). ‘Garchih’ is Farsi and means ‘even though’. So he’s saying He couldn’t tell her the condition of his heart even though she had been close to him.
Also I think koi ‘pursaan-e-haal’ (again Farsi) means someone to inquire of your condition/how you are. So basically if there was someone to ask him how he was, he’d tell them... etc.
