This is the plan I was waiting for .. a complete package .. I give 9 on 10 ... the only thing I noticed is the servant spiral entrance can pose a security issue .. it can be either completely removed or can add it in a better way by placing it on the ground floor rather than on the top floor .
We need more videos like these!!!

I will give 9.25 out of 10. Although it is an excellent plan but I observed following five shortcomings which if added now can make it 9.75/ 10. The shortcomings are 1. Security... Passage in basement from front porch to kitchen rear is a security hazard if gates on both sides are not provided. 2. For any kind of delivery you will have to open the main entrance. A second entry will have avoided this. 3. Theatre could have been in the basement that would have given a much spacious top floor terrace for parties. 4. Utility area has not been earmarked. 5. A powder room for guests on the ground floor could have been given.

I have become a fan of your videos. they gives me the glimpses of my future home. I will give it 9 out of 10 because of the followings:
1. I would prefer the home theater and car parking in the basement as it has to be sound proof and less disturbing.
2. no parking in the ground floor as not to destroy the beauty of the house
3. I wish to have more elegant furniture inside
4. swimming pool in a open space with a retraceable roof
5. Utility/ storage room is missing

1) as per consideration of plot area plan must be open from all 4 side should have given offsets from all 4 sides
2) plan should be shown in detail … played so fast
3) should have given terrace garden
4) living area can be extended more
5) ventilation for basement

Negative points of video.
1. No subtitles.
2. Camera swings around to fast ( makes you dizzy sometimes)
3. I would have put the swimming pool and gym on lower floor. Swimming pool outdoors with retractable roof.
4. The child bedroom was for a very young child , yet it was on the top floor, with balconies and steep steps everywhere.
5.The whole house seemed very open which made it seem cold with no warm cosy nooks.
6.To me it seemed to be decorated very simply with no luxury furniture, (except the theatre chairs ,could have had more furniture in the room to make it look more like a theatre, darken the room etc. ) the house is magnificent yet the furniture and walls were not very well displayed. Could have been a bit more upmarket in the decoration department.

11/10 I have been watching ur ideas this one was brilliant.
Hi, i will give 7/10. there are few constraints which i have identified
1. Place of mandir in front of dyning table is not good. There should be some place there between God idol and Food eating area.
2. I have seen that due to placement of Mandir in front of dyning, you have changed the concept to low rise dyning, which is again not good. Considering Parents and Guest its not always confortable to sit low for food.
3. For wet kitchen you have place that in backyard area, which is not good if we consider this for West facing houses. As it will become NE direction. Second backyard should be completely open as per construction norms.
4. For First floor you have placed two bedrooms in the back. And one of the toilet of bedroom is above kitchen, which is also not good.
5. Missing Formal drawing room, as while entrying to the house there is only one double heighted formal area.
6. Back stairs from Ground to First floor is compromising security.
7. For movie theater at terrace, while coming from Lift it is facing Pantry area, ideally it should show Home theater first for good feel.
Really awesome dude love it hatts up to the man who designed this beautiful house ❤️

9/10, plan is very good. Again my question is the same, if other 3 sides are occupied by other people how this plan works. Specially from the back side.
My request is plz always make plans where other three sides are already occupied, then will see how windows will placed and how will do ventilation.
Plan is too good, can you suggest a plan with swimming pool and gymnasium at the top floor instead of basement. If you can make it vastu complaint, then it would be an added advantage.

2= jis jagha pe ap bolte nai ho waha background music loud kiya karo. Isse professional lagta hai
3= chhat par bhi ek garden add karo. Taki khoobsurati aur badhe.
4= interior cost and construction cost alag alag mention karo.
5= agar plot size bada ho. To pooja/namaz room badha hona chaiye. For religious gathering.

Sorry for watching your video in 2022... This house design is absolutely fabulous......
However , as per my personal opinion, I would have eliminated the lift area and used that space for Puja, and thus also increase the living space... Also, a Powder room for guests besides living area is also important... One more suggestions is a ventilation window in kitchen should have been given and a attached open washing area at back side from the kitchen...Also, You haven't mentioned about how basement is ventilated..... Rest all is just awesome.....

I will give 8 out of 10 the video was awesome I think car parking can be in the basement and front lawn should have good seating arrangements with fountain.. and home theatre room seating arrangements should have stair step. It can be more user friendly.. centralized ac can be a good idea.. Nice plan

3) no proper drone shot required for this type of big houses
4) car or porch area in this house is open to sky
5) no 360 view of kitchen and stairs so it is little confusing and also very costly

Drawbacks :- 1. It should have a garage.
2. There should be study table in kids room.
3. Every bathroom should have tub.
4. The Cupboards for clothes should have doors.
5. It should have minimum 2 sofa in each room.

Drawbacks in Designing :
1 . Why you have designed the kids room on 2nd floor ?
2 . With to the budget of 2 - 2.5 Cr. the interior doesn't appeal very much . Like Furniture's & Bathroom Fittings .
3 . You should try to design the dining area double heighted . Would enhance the space for the family .
4 . The theatre should be also placed in the basement .
5 . Where to place the washing machine ? You should provide a separate space for this amenity .
Appreciation :
The rooms to be designed in simple manner which is soothing . Color combination of the almost all section is the best .
The best part was the kitchen with a wet section without separated from the kitchen . The living room design was remarkable with double heighted entrance foyer .

Your right, but for me his reason why he placed the children room in the 2nd floor, coz he believes that if you have an elderly relative and you want him or her to live with you, the first floor bed room is suitable for them coz elderly can't reach the stairs anymore and the lift will makes them dizzy.
Of course the younger one will like the second floor more than first floor bed room.
In terms of placing the home theater he should replace the storage area and place the indoor entertainment area there.
Then about the laundry area hmm for me that pantry area that is in placed in 3rd floor should be laundry area. Or placed in the rare garden area he can divide the area too and make it not obvious it is laundry area.
But so far i like the house interior. It might might not his best bathroom style, unlike in his other videos but for me it's better than others who makes videos like this.

1. *Swing pool एकदम pack है ओस ओस हो जाएगा नहाकर वहाँ बिल्कुल भी open नहीं है बाहर से हवा बिल्कुल नही and बिना light वहाँ बहुत मुश्किल है उसे कही और सेट करना चाहिए था
2. बाहर का entery gate और अछे से हो सकता था
3. छोटे बचों का room नीचे होता तो और सही रहता double story में क्या पता कभी नीचे गिर जाए ध्यान नहीं रखा हो
4. Double story में और design हो सकता हैं
5. बाकी बहुत अच्छा है जबरस्ती गलती नहीं बता सकते bro

7/10 - I have been a big fan of your videos and all of them have been 10/10 for me but particularly for this one i have given 3 stars less for following reasons...
1. I feel the front lobby garden with fountain is waste of space. I would have have done greenscaping in the whole area and given i a covered site out in the area where you have placed fountain.
2. I feel right from the parking area there should be a separate staircase for servant's quarters.
3. I feel there is more that can be done with the balconies and terrace.
4. I would have opted for the Home theatre at the basement and Gym on the top floor because.. A. Basement will give Home Theatre for sound proofing. B. I prefer gyms with naural light and ventilation.
5. Lift should be connected with the bigger storeroom in the basement.

2. As I have seen servant room is on top so which is concern about security.

5. Can you add on store room as well.

1) theater ho or bhi acha look de sakte ho piche wali chairs ko thodi height dene se piche walo ko ache se dikhega
2) theater wale baar ko thoda or acha bana sakte the thoda shine lane se
3) swimming pool me divar wali side ek artificial mountain waterfall banane se or bhi acha dikhe ga....
4) kitchen ko u shape me rakhne se vo or bhi acha lagta
5) bedroom ke toilet me ek bathtoob hona chahiye tha

No doubt , your work is awesome! As usual everything in this world is not perfect, there’s always some drawbacks.
So writing few drawbacks , but I must say we cannot ignore the beauty and the awesome work done by you.
1) lobby is not here in this home, at both ground and first floor, as family spends most of the time in lobby, as drawing room mostly used for guests.
2) not shown the washing area in the video.
3) children room should be at first floor.
4) home theatre should also be in basement as swimming pool and gym area is under basement, so it will add beauty and entertaining zone at a same place.
5) video can be made more peaceful as watching it makes us dizzy at the same time.
