  • Living on a farm can undoubtedly hold some creepy stories. From my time on farms as a kid, I personally heard dozens of stories that chilled me to the bone. These people shared their allegedly true stories from their time on farms.

Less than two hours before you uploaded this video, my better half and I had our first serious discussion about moving up to the family's farmland in the summer! Now it looks like I may need to rethink my enthusiasm for relocating....🖤😹🖤

About a year back, I moved into an old 1890'S farmhouse in the middle of absolute NOWHERE (Washington state) . Maybe I'm a bit crazy, but I was hoping for some sort of creepy shit to go down. Sadly, a year in, and nothing, yet😢 I say that, but I bet I'd be eating those words if something actually did happen. Until it does, though...😢 haha.
Also, I hate typos too! Mad respect for anyone who cares enough. As well as anyone capable of writing above a third-grade level.. Which seems to be something that is VERY rare with most Americans (at least) these days. There is no excuse to be an adult and not know the difference between things like "too/to/two, you're/your, etc. And the complete lack of punctuation so many people seem to have. A comma (or lack thereof) can COMPLETELY change the context of whatever you're saying.. I'm expecting anyone's English / writing skills to be perfect...mine sure as hell aren't...but they're just some things that are inexcusable past the age of say... Idk.. 14(?) Yes, I'm ranting, but apparently, I'm doing that tonight.. sorry haha. Again though - mad respect.. I also hope you rethought rethinking that, and moved ! If so...any good stories? Crazy rambling jackass out!

@@ldawg7117 We did end up moving! Been up here for a couple of years now, and it's been pretty great. Lots of work still needs to be done to get the place up to snuff, but having 26 acres is just wonderful. I do miss a lot of urban conveniences though; luckily Tulsa is pretty big and only about an hour's drive away. So far we haven't had any spooky happenings, other than what we think might be recently passed cats checking on us. You'd think a house over 120 years old would have more ghostly action!
I'm very glad I'm not the only rambler in the comments! Sometimes I look back over my multi-paragraphs and cringe though, haha! I'm also happy to hear that you do not abide typos either! It's very easy for "Help your Uncle Jack off his horse" to become "Help your uncle jack off his horse," lmao!

    • @ldawg7117

@@GloryHulle Glad to hear it! In my opinion (and clearly yours as well, since you went through it) it sounded like too good an opportunity to pass up. 26 acres?? That's awesome! I have 9, which is still great, but 26 would be even better haha. I too sometimes miss the convinces of living a more urban area(well, suburban, in my case) but it's also kind of fun going out, stocking up on stuff and making a day out of it or whatever. Also, EXACTLY! I'll admit, I shouldn't let it irritate me so much, but it does.. Trying to read someone's comment, having to decipher what they're saying, because they can't be bothered to use a comma/ and ignore some of the most basic/simple grammar rules..Most of which, even a third grader knows to do. Especially if/when they're rambling. Depending on the topic, I love getting into random conversations with people/hearing people's opinions on stuff/their stories... However, when it's jumbled mess of multiple paragraphs, completely lacking punctuation... with the wrong their/they're(etc) said person just comes across as a crazy person /illiterate idiot. You clearly have something you want to say, so maybe try making it..um.. you know... at least slightly legible..
Also, yeah, you really would think a freaking 120 year old place would have at least SOMETHING going on, even if just a simple benign presence.

Man, I love these creepy farm tales. There is just something about farms, especially the ones that have been in families for decades, that have that vibe to them. Having lived on a farm myself that was passed down through the generations and was quite creepy as soon as the sun went down, I can relate to some of these. Matter of fact, I much prefer listening over having my own experiences anymore being as it could be overwhelmingly strange to downright terrifying at times. Now, to kick back, relax and take a listen. Thanks Swamp and thank you to everyone that sends in their weird encounters, so that we can all share in the spookiness.

As a preteen, I would spend two weeks each summer at the farm of my great aunt and uncle, Maude and Barney. While there, my cousin, Dixie, stayed too. We were given a large bedroom, twice as big as the recently remodeled master suite, with the first king sized bed I'd ever seen. Between those bedrooms was a third very small one that doubled as Aunt Maude's sewing room.
Between our room and the little one was a built in armoire that was a secret cut through from one room to the other. I remember being absolutely fascinated and would go through, pushing the hanging clothes aside, every chance I got.
Of late, I've begun thinking of that "closet" out of the blue. Each time I do, I get a feeling of intense dread. Back then, I could never get an answer as to why it had been built that way.
Finally, I have dug up a long buried memory from what ended up being my last time there. As usual, Dixie and I were crawling through the passage, going from large to small rooms. Only we came out to find ourselves in the large one.
Confused, we began asking each other how we got turned around in such a small area. Suddenly, Aunt Maude and Uncle Barney came tearing into the room. She'd been crying, and even he looked shaken up. He was in the battle on D-Day and did NOT display emotions of any kind. Aunt Maude instantly had us wrapped in her arms while fighting back tears.
She brought us to the kitchen as we were both suddenly hungry. While we ate, she gently asked where we'd been, and he seemed to have mounted guard over us. I don't know how long we were missing, but it had to have been MANY hours. We were forbidden to use the secret passage again, and I never went again.

There is an alpaca farm where my dad works (cop). The county he works in is all over 9000ft, and is always windy, cold and dry. As to the one about the chupa cabra. All kinds of people have reported sightings from the mayor of one of the towns, police officer, military, women, children, men. And many killed animals have been found. That's been happening since at least decades ago. I could tell what he was talking about as soon as he started describing it. People have always believed that is was a military experiment wrong. Once when exploring El Yunque, that he mention, I found a cave. I did not go in but took some photos of the entrance. When I had them developed all the photos of the cave were over exposed, while the rest of the photos from before and after were fine. I believe it was radiation that affected the photos. Many people have disappeared from El Yunque. One of the roads is closed at night.

I know it's completely irrelevant / very silly thing to let it bother me so goddamn much .. that it's irrational I even do... but I can't help but get really irritated when they're like "my good friend.. lets call...them..." Then give some made-up name or just some letter of the alphabet... It's so goddamn silly/stupid/pointless... Like, it's just some supposed a true story of something creepy/scared that happened to you... Well it's the best channel of its kind on the entire platform, the chances of anyone you know you're in the store he wasn't part of your close friends group that you shared it with... Care for some reason / be able to put together via few your first names, that is you in the first place (and again...why would they care?) Sleep by divorcing roughly where you live in the country / world hey first name makes it pretty much impossible for anyone to track you down.. not only that, but what possible motive could they POSSIBLY have?? "Ha! I've got you now Jeff, from Tennessee!! I'm not sure why /how I care/ feel the need to find you but hey, I'm completely insane! I heard your name from this randomly supposedly and quite possibly untrue story and i want to end you! so, Jeff from Tennessee... as soon as I hunt down all 20,000 Jeffs from Tennessee... one by one, interrogating each one to find out if they're the one from this random, quite possibly totally fabricated story, i shall have you😈!! see ya within the next 2-5 decades! haha!!" NOBODY cares!! you, I... NONE OF US are that important...literally no one cares. yeah, you told a good story, but for all any of us know, it's just that- a story.. you didnt commit an unsolved murder, rip off the irs/government, etc... you'll be just fine... unless they're literally part of the story you're telling, the chances of ANYONE you know not only jusy hearing the story...but then being able to put together via just a few first names, that it's you / your group of friends and then caring enough in some negative way for some inexplicable reason.. is well, completely /entirely astronomical..if not...well...pretty much impossible. Yes, this is a very long winded excessive rant, but it's something that's been slowly eating away at my irrational ass for the past five years.. so a bunch of random thoughts about it have been building up for all 5 years and now its all turner into an excessively long range/tangent lol. I shall posted here, but will likely post it in the next new video that I hear it, and hopes to just hear one person say "I know what you mean!" so I feel a bit validated for being so bothered by this silly shit lol.. but I can't be the only one who thinks it's really stupid /silly.. as a rational as it is to be bothered by it..
