The fact that she kept pushing him away and shying away from "shaking the sheets" for a week or more because she's afraid that she's going to hear the sound again is COMPLETELY ridiculous and just mean to her boyfriend. She should have talked to him about it in the first place then she wouldn't be in the situation she's in right now.
