And the l5p just sounds like a 6.0 powerjoke. (Tuned ofc).may have the same displacement but they’re all different in their own way.

The powerstrokes sound more throaty at higher RPM while the Duramaxes, especially the newer ones are smoother and have more turbo whistle under load. But both sound good its mostly preference.
I got same truck lml 2013 mine hiss and spool more then this with stock turbo only thing i did is a complete delete with a 4inch pipe that Lead to a 3 1/2 inch 45 degree elbow to make a side exit right behind the cab with a 5 inch tip it make crazy turbo sound and when you activate engine brake it sound almost like a 18 wheel truck haha love it
