Hi, how do you change the code to a different number? One of my buttons has stopped working so I guess changing the code is easier than calling an engineer. Thanks in advance
Went to change code But changed it to user code not master So i can only use user code and dnt get full function of alarm now Just put code in and its set No do i wanna set or any offer features like add-in telephone numbers..changing chime etc efc How can i get it back to master code...????????.....
@andrewcampbell3147 enter the code. It will say"do you want to set user?" Or"do you want to set engineer" if it says user enter the engineer code. It will say do you want to set engineer. Press no or x. Scroll through and select chime. Click enter and it should scroll to off press zero to enter normal operation.
Is it possible to clear the message Check!! Low Battery please? When i put in the code and press reset it seems to set the alarm. We had no mains power for a long time due to being out of the house and the battery has ran down. Do I need an alarm company to come out and look at it? Thanks
Open the panel and change the battery yourself. Check the amps of it, and buy another one exactly like it. But, its better to call your local company to check if you dont know how

@@joannelee8788 Hi it is pretty easy to open the indoor unit to change the battery. As different units have different batteries its best to open it and see what type it needs, then order one online. To change it you just have to pull the conncetions off and slide them onto the new battery once it arrives. Once you have opened the cover it might be best to take a picture of the inside in case you need to refer back to where the battery sits or something like that. FYI. The problem with my unit was at first installation, i am assuming that your unit was working ok and then this fault appeared. If thats the case i am fairly sure a battery change would sort it out. Good luck : )

Oh hi if your buttons don’t work you can DIY it your own self or get an engineer.
