tbh i don't find being super unlucky an issue if you geind every day a few minutes you'll get plenty mileage to get everything you want i currently have 900 milage tickets have been hoarding for bout 2/3 months..

You need hammers to level up other character weapons and accessories you'll find yourself needing another party for other usage such as guild events like Raid in which u can only use one team per attack. And also ull need characters for arena and characters for collosium
your guardian camp must be on lv 26 and you complete the level by using auto and get 3 star. Note : don't touch your screen while you playing with auto mode
