Cuz they create new ops base on the old op. They may give something insane for new ops. But they also make sure that there's something new one can't do like the old one too. Maybe not for Skadi but she still has some niche use that other ops can't do tho. it's just too niche
CC always favors using a wide arrangement of units old and new because at the difficulty of high risk runs you need specialists in their roles, unlike regular content where you want universalists.

The sad part is that once an operator gets a skin, you might as well say goodbye to the regular art because you’ll never see it again. At least, not in videos, guides, or your support list. People just buy skins and put them on forever regardless of whether or not they’re actually good. Or whether or not they’re seasonal.
true,but that's the reason why you buy a skin -you really hate the e1/e2 art for example,people just pick SA E1 art instead of e2 art -there are a special effect apply to some skin like saria and angelina skin that we can see -mostly just for fun I mostly bought / apply skins because of the reason above But yeah i preffer Bagpipe e2 art than her skins,well everyone got abdifferent taste

Can you make a guide about how to do that multiple skill activation using pause button and pressing the ops. I find it hard to do cus I can't follow the steps.
