Everything looks super cool, one small bit of advice I would give is too add a teensy bit more of visual feedback (in the form of particles) when the player performs a move such as the wall slide. Other than that, it looooooooks amazing and I am hyped!!!
Of course! Right now I've actually got the player FX, like smoke for running and wall sliding, and sparks for rolling, in a different scene, they just haven't been implemented on the characters yet. Expect to see that in the next devlog!

you could add obstacles somewhere, so while waiting .. players could try to finish the obstacle course (jumping from 1 obstacle to the next, getting higher and higher and maybe reach the top of a building in the end)

The look of this game is so sick! I would actually love to play this at some point. The movement makes a lot of sense, as you said you don't want it to change the way the game plays too much and have people dodge literally any attack that's incoming haha
This look incredible! The only thing I think should be adjusted for the moveset as that the wallslide shouldn’t stop your momentum if you jumped to a wall diagonally; you should be able to slide both in the direction you jumped towards the wall while sliding down
I'll have to see if thats even possible, right now you have to be facing the wall pretty straight forward to wall slide, you can't come at it at an angle ( to prevent accidental wall sliding), but I like the idea of getting more movement out of wallsliding!

Imagine getting a daily coin while scaling up a building like King Kong! It would be funny if you could also punch people off, too. I don't expect that to happen, though lol
Well there is a punch move ( like how most shooters have a melee or knife attack!) and hopefully we can add knockback to it. So that could work! I think climbing walls could be an item/power up like the cat suit in Mario 3D world maybe!
Hey you should add some smoke on the feat when the running and also the wall slide that just gives it a really nice crisp look, you could also tint the smoke to the colour of the material that’s it’s walking on. Thanks

Not at the moment, its like Halo or CSGO where everyone has the same moveset, this way you choose what animal you want based purely on what you like visually. But It would be cool to be able to customize whether you want to have a faster roll or longer hover, or things like that!
The floors are done with Substance Designer, it’s a great program for tiling textures like bricks and floors. But you can make textures like that in blender too, search “how to make tiling textures in blender”

I like that idea! I've already got the intro cutscene kind of planned in my head, basically the owner of the park is driving you into the park and some stuff happens, but it'd be even better if you were in a plane and both you and the owner parachute out! Much more exciting!

Yes! I've got to look into it, it'd help very much with wall sliding, and getting shot, as well as I want to have the players ragdoll when they die
Maybe add a short wall run you could jump out of to chain moves
I like that, I love wall running in Titan Fall 2, so it might be worth trying out!
I feel like you could have a melee build that utilizes the movement mechanics fight off enemies, because melee builds are my favorite in shooters.

Yes! We have both mac and Linux systems we can use to build the ports, they'll just come a bit later than the windows version
