1)First start with video lectures
2)start solving simple problems
3)Take one programming language and become expert
4)Ask hundred questions for each and every line of code you write,why is the syntax this way?,why I have write program in this structure?what is its complexity?
5)Asking a lot of questions and finding answers for every concept will make you thorough in every concept
5)Initially if you follow above steps you will be slow but you will become so strong in concepts that you won't be needing google for writing code.This is the stage where you have grown to level of expert
6)Remember asking plenty of questions is the best way to learn programming and practice practice practice

Also engg services based company like L&T,ONGC works well for guys as they can go to sites to acquire knowledge but wont work even a little for girls. I have worked in latter 1st and moved to former guys choose your 1st job wisely

I'm one of the guy in college days like i don't want to become an engineer and interested in media because i had done mechanical as my major and not interested into that.
I took that course because of my parents and when i finished my engineering i didnt have that guts to pursue my career in media so i thought i should take IT course and learn about technology.
A year went by and i found programming interesting than media industry and I'm literally confused because now i like both the things.
As for now i don't want to waste my time and i also have some personal mental issues so in my part time I'm just working with my fathers whole sale business and my other half time im spending time to learn java..
But now I'm not confidence enough and also I'm trying hard.
I lost a job interview because of my lack of fluency in my communication and now im training myself for communication also.

In that time we can only learn basics and we have to improve our skills by doing some projects ourselves. Don't be blind and Don't think we can be programmers in 3 months. I learned java from scratch without any special classes. Only javatpoint, w3schools helped. Enaku yarum help panla. I learned by myself and by my mistakes. Now I'm working in jQuery, java and SQL. Dnt waste money in spl classes. Intrest irunchuna intha codinglam kastamavae teryathu. Intrest ah irkum. Jolly ah irkum. 😆 Between java learn pannathumae UI languages romba easy ah irunchu. I want to believe it's that easy but it's not. Not sure what so wrong to learn technology in English and still be Tamilian. We are still dealing with the Hindi issue what we missed to learn, there is nothing wrong in learning more than 1 language.

@@marimari2052 there are plenty of free resources to study this topics in internet nowadays, but there will not be direct route to the destination(you will have to create your own path) and it's a bit time consuming.
