Flashing Our M4 DCT With xHP Stage 3 - Massive Improvement!

When Dave from DayvG Coding told us he's just become an authorised xHP dealer, we had to invite him down to tell us all about it and test it on our very own F82 M4, which as many of you know is tuned by Evolve Automotive.
The M4 has been running the GTS DCT map for just over 6 months, and although the GTS map was better than stock, it wasn't quite good enough to match the performance from the engine. Due to the nature of the car, we chose to go with the Stage 3 map from xHP which is the most aggressive map available. Not only does it lower the shift times and improve shift mapping, it also increases the clutch pressure which really helps with standing starts.
We start the video with a short drive in the car before the map is done, showing you how it drives and explaining the areas in which we think improvements can be made. Then, we head back to HQ and meet Dave (on a different day with a fresh haircut), install the map and talk about the features before heading out on a test drive to see how the xHP map transforms the car.
This is not a detailed review or walkthrough of the xHP software, but that is something we can do if the viewers ask for it!
We're so impressed with the xHP map that we now offer it as a service at our HQ! This is available for all DCT and ZF8 equipped BMWs. Stage 1 and 2 represent amazing gains even on standard vehicles for people wanting snappy shifts and a more responsive driving experience! Stage 3 is there for the more extreme enthusiasts and track drivers that want to extract the absolute maximum performance from their vehicle.

What custom settings did you use as I don’t like the hop between gear changes

I haven’t changed anything yet, it’s just the preset settings on the stage 3 OTS. I need to spend some decent time tweaking it
