Instead of Marketing, Defy show upload Videos on How to use the Machine. I Googled for a User Manual, and all I got was more Marketing Brochures. Really Crazy. Next time I will buy appliances that have support available to the public. So much for your Marketing Defy. You just lost a client.

My Defy steamcure machine is on and I can select a programmer to wash, however, when press start it makes a funny clicking sound tree times then does not start washing at all. Please help

Hi..Did you remove the transit bolts?

You have to remove bolts at the back for transportation

I just bought a defy daw 381 front loader but I'm having problems. The water is not going in at the inlet. The tap is fine.

My washer washes for 3 seconds and than just goes blank and it's new I have cleaned bt I just don't know
