I really like your vids mann. Dont care what the other people say, those speed-ups really saves time and I had no issue with losing my sense of direction. What bothered me the most was the Datacron where you have to ride the flying Kiosk, I debugged several times to the ground after I jumped on top of it.
While these particular datacrons are an EXTREME pain in the backside, this video is an awesome amount of help. Your videos have helped me on every planet thus far. I would just like to convey my thanks to you, and if you have one, your team.

Great vid! I actually LOVE that your video is sped up because it doesn't waste my time by making me endure watching the entire time spent for you to get to the crons. I simply watched this and paused to take notes now and again. I was able to find all of them successfully. However, my platforming SUCKS so there are two of them I haven't been able to jump to...yet. The one in Duros, I was actually to the canvas leading down to the cron and it glitched me back to the start of the boxes.*facepalm*
I love your videos, they're incredibly helpful. You might consider adding the codex entry numbers and or names for each of the datacrons. For people who have multiple characters and forget which ones they've gotten on which character, they can look in the codex and see what is missing and go by that. It's not such a big deal right now, but in the future with multiple people having multiple characters, it'll become MUCH more helpful to have those numbers.

Only thing I can complain about would be that you did speed up the travel a bit too much so it was hard to see where to go (I ran into some Heroic areas first). Other than that, VERY nice video. Finally got that Duros sector one. I would get onto the first two beams, then fall at the third one. Then managed to fall getting to that first tarp. GRRRRR.
@FAPDegren I should just note that this means I, having already done them before, knowing the positions, messed up the jumps numerous times. I can't go back and slow down that part of the video, but I promise you: Even if I could, it wouldn't make those jumps *ANY EASIER* It's all about the forward+spacebar timing on those narrow rods.
u have no idea how long I spent trying to find the incinerator room, and then pipe jumping for the one after that....I was about to rage quit from falling off the pipes over and over and over....happy to say I'm finished
Well I have 10 lvls to go before I can get the last ones. Last night did get to the first one, then I started having problems with the game. Got booted out twice with some error code. Will have to try again tonight. Thanx again for the guides.
You should mention to do the jumps on the beams (datacron 5) to turn off your sprint. Wasn't until I happened to be in aggro my 30th or so time that I realized you needed to not have it. Thanks for the video though!
@samediuk Roger. Guess I'll make a standard platforming guide. Was gonna make an overall datacrons guide (what they are, what they do, etc)...suppose I could slip something like that in
Well the datacron on that flying advert platform was really something! First I jumped on it, then some guy told me, its flying to cron for 15 minutes, I badly needed to go to the toilet, so I took a shit and went back to the pc, when I came back I was 2 metres away from cron so I only said: shit happens, literally. 2nd try - I jumped into the hologram advert and get stuck, then I felt down in half way. 3rd and 4th try - I missed it, so I was thinking my head is going to explode. 5th - sucess :-D
@FAPDegren I know what he means, I had to pause it my self on that part to see from about where you were jumping from/to. Also, I just tried the 5th one, used the "Prize Machine" and it says "Slot Decoder Required", which I didn't even know existed (lvl 26, snuck my way through)
@MrEJDahl For instance, in the Duros sector, at the bus stop, I'm having problems getting on top of the Bus stop. Are you supposed to run and jump at the same time? Or is there some other trick to it?

@jamesNana Yeah have to agree with this but good video otherwise, a tip for anyone else struggling with the beam jumps - you want to stand about 2 metres away from the vertical beam facing towards the beam you are jumping to the angle you want to be jumping at is 30 decrees out from the vertical beam (so your aiming just to the right of the beam). Then move forward a little bit so ur running and jump. I got extremely frustrated with these jumps so wanted to help anyone else struggling

Ahh ok I missed the other Prize Box inside the incinerator which is where you get the Slot Decoder. Only took 2 tries to get back to the 5th (yellow matrix shard) datacron.
@Riezala Having not paid a lot of attention to that early on, even now I'm having a very hard time figuring out which one I'm missing (other than the green shard on Belsavis.) 65/67 codex entries.
The last one, trying to get up that second pipe.. is there a sweet spot I am missing? I jump and my character kinda gets tuck jumping on it then eventually falls
I'm sorry....I just can't see how people find these things on their own. You were right about the second one....very tricky. I almost threw my laptop out the window.
That pipe jumping was infuriating for the 5th, I was there for 20 minuites because he would make the jump animation and just walk off the pipe. Best advise I can give is start as far back on the pipe as you can.
@jackchagu Need more map shots. The video is too fast and I keep having to re-watch parts to see where I am in relation to your video. If you would show the map it would help.
the 3 aim one in nar shadda was the longest wait ever i counted 10 mins or so after getting on kiosc, but by far this is the most annoying place to get datacrons.
@jackchagu I speed up the videos so people aren't staring at my character running a path for 10+ minutes. I admit, I was unaware people were uninformed about platforming techniques, so I probably shouldn't have sped up any of the jumping parts. I'm sorry it's annoying to you, but it seems more people are annoyed by videos that 1) don't show things and 2) are 10+ minutes.
This wouldn't be half as bad if the damn stuff didn't keep glitching. The kiosk one makes me wanna punch a hole in my monitor. Glitched once jumping onto the kiosk and then once jumping to the holocron. Both times I got reset to the ground and had to wait again...it's not even like I didn't make the jump the game just said "lol nope" and ported me... Edit: And the 3rd time I was standing on top of the antena and it ported me to the ground half way... I feel like I'm going insane.
this is quite helpful though its really hard to follow what the heck your doing because of how fast you have it going forward, if it was a tad bit slower this would have been even more helpful. better thne pix though so thx lol

Presence Datacron is almost rage quitable but great when you finally get your platforming skills up to scratch.

Getting the presence datacron, I almost broke my computer. This is an exercise in frustration and futility.
Annwyn Curtiss I got stuck jumping on the pipe and /stuck started me over at the boxes.. I shouted expletives.
@masterloard Roger. The slot decoder is the item you receive from the Old Prize Machine during the fourth datacron run.

Be sure to turn off Sprint for the last jump. This allows your jump to be shorter and higher, so you can make that ledge with the boxes on it.

Had to /stuck where you jump onto the pipe in #2, and it put me at the box area where you start for that datacron
this is nuts! Just how is ANYONE supposed to find many of these datacrons without cheating (ie: following excellent guides such as this one)???
great guide wish i did not have to get them instead of the achive i'd rather just have the stats added when i hit 50

A lot of these jumps can be a bit easier if you walk them ("/" on yer num pad)
You get it from an earlier part in the video.
I know what you mean, waited about 10 mins for it got on it, then i got stuck ontop of it and automatically got teleported back to the ground...

The first datacron is now +3 Mastery not +6 Strength .
