that last bit about him randomly deleting videos has me confused too. I remember a friend of mine went up against a toxic streamer and I recognized the name, PonderJ or something, cause I remembered Spooks doing a video on it. So I went on his channel to try and find it and it was gone, he deleted it and there was nothing on why he did. Clearly Ponder hadnt changed in character so the likelihood of him deleting it cause the streamer had changed seemed wrong. Idk why hes randomly deleting, I always assumed it was because he has this internal moral crisis which is also apparent in how often his mood changes towards that type of content, but thats like the only thing thats always bothered me about his content the back and forth inconsistency.

Honestly something about Spook N Jukes has always made me uneasy like I felt like I wasn't getting the full story on who they were.

you're basically in the right for this whole thing aside from when you go off on the long tangent about his content being "pointless" lol. The "6 goals of a commentary" rules are something you yourself made up and abide by but they aren't like literal rules nor are they some kind of unspoken-but-commonly-known goals that one is "supposed" to follow when making a video lol. Your stating your own made up rules and then pointing out that someone who isn't you doesn't follow them.... yeah, why would they? These aren't their rules lol. Most dbd streamer callout videos do censor the people they are talking about to avoid part of the community going and sending hate because the whole point of the "toxic ttv" videos is to show the negative results of being angry and toxic all the time and why you shouldn't be like these ttvs lol. To say this is pointless content without even being a part of the dbd community is kinda silly bc what would you know about that? But anyways, as someone who does play dbd and shit I can say watching videos about toxic ttvs has made me realize my own toxicity and take steps towards being less of an asshole in game lol, the names of the ttvs are irrelevant to me and I don't care to know them tbh. But yeah other than that I'd say you're right about the other shit.

Some points I disagree with:
9:16 spooknjukes is not saying you need to delete all the evidence to move on from a controversy but rather that he deleted the video because the streamer who was the subject of the video is making an effort to change and grow as a person. Being an asshole is way less severe than calling someone a racial slur, fliming a dead body, doing blackface, etc. It just doesnt make sense to keep the video up in this circumstance.
11:22 you say that the streamer has changed because of videos like yours but then go on to say that he wouldnt have changed if all the evidence was deleted despite spooknjukes deleting the video after bearbokk changes who he is.
12:29 you're mad at spooknjukes for calling your video disingenuouseven though you looked through months of tweets, all his recent videos, and community posts but spooknjukes is supposed to know this how? I think it's an entirely reasonable assumption that you just jumped to conclusions but regardless spooknjukes shouldn't have made that comment without knowing definitively that you hadn't done all that research. Also maybe this is something that is a little lost because of the language barrier but "i hope this clears things up" just means "I hope you found the context I have provided to this situation to be sufficient" it is not a personal attack on you and it is not arrogant.
18:18 there are far more reason to make videos on bad actors in a community even if you censor their names to prevent harassment. For example the most simple one being entertainment, not every video or piece of media needs to inform or teach something, sometimes things can just be entertaining, no one is learning anything from cartoons, fantasy novels, or entertainment videos but they're allowed to be just that.
22:35 the videos being deleted is not at random, again it is when the target of the video changes their behavior.
Honestly I dont really watch spooknjukes but based on this video I dont think he's done anything to warrant this video
