I have been repeating and repeating in my head as a mantra for all of the past two days “I am love”. I am love. Everything has changed for the better. (I didn’t need to process old trauma, hurts and fears. I just filled my head with this phrase. “I am love”. I believe that I have the ability to continue with this. All of my waking moments. I believe it. And it’s true

What's good about being in touch with the trauma is getting clear on what happened, ways of behaving, and *on boundaries,* and on who to avoid until all is clear & happy.

I absolutely believe in what Neville teaches and my first real experience of what he speaks about happened shortly after I had heard of him for the first time. I was speaking to a co worker one day about my dislike of a particular lizard that lives in the dessert. I was passionate in every detail about if I saw it what I would do and how he should save himself by not looking at me!!!! We laughed and I went home I sat on the couch turned on the tv and low and behold that lizard was on the tv commercial (thankfully). I had never seen this commercial before and like Neville said it seems like a joke. I've noticed that when you have a feeling about something and it is strong it really does just show up for you. This has happened for me many times and I just want say thank you to Neville and I hope this testimony helps someone for I feel it has really helped me today!

I tried and tried to replay two talks that I heard earlier searching for the words that made me break down this morning because it really hit home. I cannot find it anywhere...I am beginning to think that I did hear the words I needed to hear from Neville. It had to do with dreaming big and not allowing yourself to be talked out of it. Whatever it was, was profound enough for me to try to find it again this evening. This was really strange, but everything that Neville talks about would make this seem very natural. I'm certain I heard what I heard.
I listen to Neville, Deepka, Wayne Dryer, Creators... everyday.. I understand the concept... but why is it so hard to forget a bad, hurtful, negative feeling or event. And so hard to find one happy moment,memory, to hold on to..
You need to work on the old feelings. You have structured your timeline in memory so that you have amplified the bad and diminished the good. I suggest EFT, FasterEFT and NLP. Work on the old memories and pain then move forward.
Hi Leah S. Its very easy but you have to harness the power of concentration and control over your internal dialog.And shift focus of your thoughts from subconscious level to conscious level. Easiest way to do that is by meditation in its simplest form... (exercise , for example - take a sit for about 15minutes and stop thinking completely ,stop focusing on any thing, stop internal dialog, the trick is not to get distracted by your surroundings. This simple exercise once repeated many times and mastered gives you the power of control over your focus and thoughts... so you can focus on the positive things...as you have control to chose what your focus on on conscious level.
Great talk by Neville! and the sound is good enough for me; and as a matter of fact I do not like to listen to Neville's wonderful voice remastered and remastered into sterility, as some do in their posts.

The world of the dead; but we will not remain here for David said to the Lord "do not leave me in the pit" This pit is hell, eternity. David symbolize humanity. I am not going into the promise, even though I understand it very much so, because I have not had it. In eternity we play parts, eternal parts of the universe; independent of Creation. We have free will to play any part in eternity; guided by Creation's motives willingly. These parts are states of consciousness. The true mercy that gives us this free will, is the Father's son. The Immortal being passing through these states animating them; from it's perception; but independent from it; the shadow. So in Blake's words "I do not consider either the just or the wicked to be in a supreme state, but to be everyone of them states of the sleep which the soul may fall into, it's deadly dreams of good and evil when it left paradise following the serpent" Everyone is dead just moving objects passing through, going through motions. Going through emotions. Until finally the child awakens and we raise up from eternity into Creation. Keep your hand firmly upon the helm of thought . In the Bark of your soul reclines the commanding Master; He does but sleep: wake Him. Self control is strength ; right thought is mastery; calmness is power. say unto your heart Peace , be still ! Through meditation you can learn to control your mind. Go into the silence. Many books teach this. There is a book called the " Master Key system" that you might listen to. Additionally Neville Goddard has a book called " The Power of Awareness". Also I would recommend " Autobiography of a Yogi" by Paremahansa Yogananda" to understand meditation better. Your desire to overcome fear is from God through him all things are possible.
