Why go to Dharkot on Bali pass trek ? Trek begins at Taluka only, and goes via Seema, Debsu Bugyal, Harine Thatch, Talao, Kiarkoti, cross over Ruinsara gaad to Bhalu gufa, then climb the moraine ridge to snow Maidan, then climb the ridge & crossover to Yamnotri valley. From the Bali pass side, the Swargarohini is called the ''Char singa'' peak too. The mountain looks like that from this side, which looks totally different from the Har ki Doon side on the other side, i.e., the Northern face. BTW, the glacial lake beside which you pitched your tent is actually the ''Saptarshi Kund'' ! That is the True source of the Yamuna River. You showed Kedar Singh Rana at Seema once, good to see him after 30 long years.
Due to the newly built road, it's now possible to reach Dharkot Village by vehicle. Also, the glacial lake where we pitched our tent is not Saptarishi Kund, it is located on the other side of the mountain range, as shown in the video and thank you for sharing information.

The Himalayan Journal clearly states that Saptarshi Kund is located just below the exit point of Bali pass & beside the South face, by the wall connecting the Black Peak or Kala Naag & Yellow Tooth peak. Even the German & French maps confirm it. I've seen the source you mentioned, which lies further South to your right,. & that's just another source of the Yamuna, albeit a smaller one. Besides that, the Ruinsara Gaad comes from the Bandarpoonch glacier, the Morinda Gaad comes from Morinda Taal above Har ki Doon. Both come & meet down below the Debsu bugyal end & by the Wooden bridge, from where you turn right towards Kiarkoti. These two flows down as the Tons River which in Sanskrit is Tamasa or Dark River.
