When i first got to know about my disease and started doing some research i found your videos very helpful. I was not able to accept that i have AS so i have consulted multiple doctors just to confirm diagnosis. Finally accepted the fact after getting confirmation from dr. Bd pandey and dr Rajeev gupta. Since i have negative HLA B27 should i less work about exponentially growing this? Also is there a permanent cure? Will i be ever able to resume sports like cricket etc. ?

Sir I am suffering from HLB27 positive Oncological Pondeliasis since one year I am taking medicine to stay well but when I stop taking medicine the pain is increasing again. Please continue meds as advised by your rheumatologist. Please do not stop them yourself. Your rheumatologist will taper the meds once you are in remission

I want to ask that I have started Tofacitnib will I be able to do the physical training of army having AS. Please reply sir
You need not give up your plans to join the army. Please talk to your rheumatologist, get your AS in remission. Once in remission, you can definitely go ahead with your plans. I will post a video answering your question in detail next sunday. Do have a look.

Findings: Minimal periarticular sclerosis seen at left sacro iliac joint. Few punctate erosion / subchondral cystic changes seen at sacral aspect of bilateral sacro iliac joint.
