NO NO NO NO NO!!!!! If you feed like that the baby will get aspirated and will not breath and die in a matter of seconds. You need to put the syringe into the budgies mouth on their left side (your right) and point it to their right side (your left) because that is where the opening to the esophagus is and the entrance to the crop (where the formula goes) if you put the syringe in on their right (your left) and point it to their left (your right) then it will go to their tranchea (where they breath) and they will die in seconds... You need to be careful, I made this mistake when I was younger and inexperienced and the budgie died cuz I had no idea what to do then and what was happening, and I hate myself for it. Please be careful if you are hand feeding!!!

They won't be eating baby bird formula for their entire lives. And hand feeding birds (or any small baby animals for that matter) is a pretty messy affair.

Videos sometimes get flipped from the software or the camera. She might be doing it rights just the camera had flipped it

just check the belly part to see if it is hungry or not. do this almost every hour to know when to feed them.

@fairbae you can take the out for handrearing at age 2 - 3 weeks and it will be much easier ;)
