I use mounts & a Davo album but this looks like a solid alternative. I collect German stamps for a similar reason: a fascinating history with all the states, the occupied territories in both wars, the inflation series, the colonies and the allied occupation with areas such as Memel, Saar and Rhineland-Pfalz.
That album looks sturdy ,i need one for the gems in my collection, i now use stock books and stamps are all over eachother. Thanks for making this video i asked for . I like to learn more about the world wars and german reich stamps are a great investment. It also reminds of the crazy times during ww2 , i love to collect old germany to ,but they are getting more rare and expensive. time to hoard em . thanks again , greetings from the Netherlands
I just love the Safe albums. For my Netherlands collection I have 7 books, German Empire 3, Cechoslovakia and Čech Republic 10 and Austria 6. I don't want any other than Safe !!!
I suppose some collectors can make a different page full of information for the stamps and print it out and place in the front before the issues. also to make a nice preface page with the map of the country ,flag, emblem, etc in colour.
i don't like the album..it lacks information on each stamp. illustrations of the set history etc...you must go and look at what i call a stamp album www.artphilately.com it's based in ATHENS GREECE.have a look
@@rogerturner1881 These are nice but incapable of containing all the stamps of most countries because it would require too many pages. These are similar to illustrated books that the USPS and most countries put out each year with information about he subject and content. In terms of storage and organization these are totally not viable.
I know SAFE and Lighthouse both have albums for sheets and covers, I bet they have something for plate blocks. Since I do not collect plate blocks I’m honestly not sure!
To ship to India or buy Indian safe album? If you’re looking for an Indian safe stamp album I do not believe they have one because India has so many stamp and variation

I’m currently putting together all the SAAR stamps I have into one album!
Being able to see the backs like that might have just sold me. Seeing the back is just as important as seeing the front imo
Yeah it’s a game changer!
My Safe dual albums are a family heirloom. 7 or 8 US and 4 canadian. Nice to find a video on them

Thanks for the encouragement!
It's a great system. Too bad they don't say anything about each stamp or give any other info, like the Mystic albums.

One thing you forgot to mention, when there is a clear watermark, it will clearly show it without taking the stamp out.
Great video.
Good info
Any storage recommendations for someone collecting blocks?
